Is excellent for everything that is required for a short stay, location, cleanliness inconvenience. The key pick up was easy, only a block away, and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the train and only a 20 minute walk to BC place. The accommodations were nothing fancy, but of what you’re looking for is a central location to explore the city with a full kitchen and comfortable bed, this would be an excellent choice. Communications from the host were clear and he was quick to respond. Should the need arise, my wife and I would use this property again.

Property was perfect for a walkable Vancouver experience. It is located across from hospital, so some nights were noisy. But, a small sacrifice for the location

Great location, just what we needed

Great location, Vancouver transit makes it easy to get to. Building is secure and comfortable, air conditioning was perfect. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything we needed.

Perfect pied de terre!

The location was great - short walk to beach or to the ferry over to Granville island, and as up on 27th floor you had great city view. As our flight arrived early the owner very accommodating so we could leave bags and start exploring the city.

Great Downtown Location

The property was in a perfect location for our stay and all we planned to see. Host was wonderful about communicating with us and making the key pick up very easy & convenient. Would recommend condo to others

Great getaway

The location is perfect. Gets you anywhere you want to go. Peter was very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage by noon. We had every amenity that we needed. We had downtown, mountain & water views. We would stay again. We had a lovely mini vacation. If there would be a negative, it would be that the temperature in the room would not go below 24C. It seemed as though the AC would not work. But he did have a fan. So that helped at night.

Blamed for something I didn’t do!

Property is in a good location. We arrived late at night and only were there to sleep.. air conditioner didn’t work and the owner came up the solution of a fan in the closet. On check out he accused us of breaking an electrical outlet and wanted to charge $300 for an electrician and parts 😡🤬. Don’t give him your business

Wall Centre Condo

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to many attractions and shopping. Outstanding view from the 27th floor! The unit itself is a little tired and could use some freshening u0 such as paint and linens etc. Definitely can't beat the location and would definitely recommend staying here.

This location is on the smaller side but since we spent most of our trip out and about it wasn't a big deal. Bed was very comfortable, excellent location and view, and had everything we needed for our trip :)

Nice base downtown

Good experience, thanks to Peter for hosting us! We picked up keys from a key safe one block away. Our host helped by arranging for us to drop our bags a few hours before check-in. The apartment is well looked after and comfortable, if a little dated. A great base for downtown Vancouver. Thanks!

Amazing city views

Property was clean and perfect. The location is close to everything, and the property managers were also very kind. Definitely worth your money for a short stay in the city. I would stay again.

Great central location

We loved staying here. We did not rent a vehicle and we found it to be great walking distance to many locations: Coal Harbour, Gas Town, False Creek, Granville Island and Cycle City Bikes for e-bike rentals. The owner primarily communicated within the VRBO app and was very responsive. Unit is very clean, has a great north westerly view and is very true to the photos. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good stay

This was a very nice property, location is excellent! Can walk pretty much anywhere u want to go. Good amenities here too. My only complaint is that the thermostat is set at 23 and does not change even tho it looks like u can lower it , it just stays at 23 which is too hot at night for me! Otherwise great property!
