Welcome to Surfside On The Rocks!
This open concept fully renovated lakefront cottage is located in the quiet neighborhood of Surfside. Located right at the end of no through street here you will find peace and tranquility listening to the waves of Lake Erie. Panoramic views from multiple windows inside this cottage will not disappoint! It is only a minute golf cart ride to ELCO beach. At the end of the street is the big Shipwreck park for the kids.
This is a cottage that sleeps 6. The add a room has a divider to allow for privacy with a pullout. In the add a room there are bunk beds! A favourite for the family with kids. The den also has 1 pull out. Cottage is very spacious with the open concept feel. Kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy family dinners. There is central air conditioning and heating throughout. The cottage is approx 1 minute golf cart ride to Elco beach.

Sherkston Shores reserves the right to refuse entry to guests if this condition is not met. NO VISITORS ALLOWED PER PARK RULES. Renter must be present at all times with minors in the cottage.
Bookings are Monday-Friday and Friday to Monday. Weekly bookings also available.
Must be over 25 years to drive golf cart with valid drivers license. Copy of driver's license is required.
You bring your own linens/pillows and towels.
No Guests are allowed other than the names listed on the rental agreement. No Visitors are allowed.
Additional fee for cleaning will be applied when reserving.
2 cars allowed to park on property.
*Water park/slides are weather permitting and cannot be guaranteed to be operating during Sept/October. Some amenities may be closed early season and after labor day. Please check with Sherkston Shores regarding a specific activity.

Why they chose this property
Very quiet area of the resort. We have families that stay all summer on both sides of the cottage so there will not be other renters.
