Close to Hwy 400, a little piece of heaven in Barrie, an hour north of GTA. Come and enjoy the city of beautiful lakes, beaches, trails and explore many activities close at hand-golf, skiing, hiking, canoeing etc. Welcome to a newly renovated, specious, clean and well lit entire basement unit with one bedroom, 1 full washroom and 1 parking space on the driveway. Separate entrance to safeguard your privacy. No kitchen but Microwave, toaster and fridge are provided in the unit. Cooking is not permitted in the unit. Disposable utensils can be provided on request.

Clean and spacious

The only issue is there is no sound barrier giving it is lower unit/space. You can hear residence upstairs. Good clean and large space.
