About this property

We are traveling in the months of Dec 2021 and Jan 2022 and would like to rent out our lovely apartment. This is a corner unit located on Marine Dr facing south (no street noise) with plenty of windows for sunlight. Following are some features:

- Wifi, utility, heat, parking INCLUDED
- about 10 mins drive to downtown Vancouver and free underground parking if needed
- bus stops going directly to downtown, north/west Vancouver right in front of the building!
- amazing shopping accessibility with 2 shopping plazas across the street and 2 others only one block away.
- safe-on, Starbucks, Sushi Town, and 24/7 McDonald’s across the street
- less than 5 mins ride to either Park Royal Mall or Capilano Mall
- 3 mins walking distance to cactus club and other restaurants
- only a few blocks away from the seawall trail on Northshore
- in house laundry, dishwasher and fireplace!
- peaceful balcony
- in-building gym facility, also 24/7 Gold Gym and Orange Theory Fitness only 2 blocks away

We are requiring 2 months of stay and half-a-month damage deposit which will be returned to you after the rental period. The suite will be professionally cleaned and disinfected.
