This waterfront open plan home is perched on a cliff top in Sunshine Bay and boasts spectacular panoramic ocean views to the toll gates and beyond. Relax on the upper and lower decks and watch the sunrise, dolphins playing in the cove below or enjoy the visits from local Kookaburras, Black Cockatoos and Blue Fairy Wrens. Take the ‘secret’ track down the cliff to a private pebbly beach and enjoy a swim or explore the natural wonders of the rock shelf as you mosey along the cliff base to the beach at Sunshine Cove.

The upper floor provides the main open plan living area combining lounge, kitchen and dining leading to the upper deck with more than 180 degree views of the bay. The master has a queen bed, walk-in-robe ensuite (toilet & vanity) with stunning ocean views. The second upstairs bedroom has a triple bunkbed (a double and a single) with stunning ocean views. Main bathroom is on this level.
The lower floor has a master bed (double) opening to the spectacular lower deck with sweeping views of the bay and also has a kitchenette. The second lower bedroom has a single bed, single bunkbed, and a floor mattress. Second bathroom and laundry are on this level.

We are very busy professionals and have not been able to spend as much time as we would like at our holiday home; therefore holiday home rentals are most sensible option. However we are committed to providing our guests with a safe and comfortable stay.
