Our modern lake-view home, perched up on Kuipers Peak, boasts spectacular unobstructed lake views from nearly every room. Perfect for large groups or families, our home is comprised of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 large multipurpose living rooms and a bespoke chef's kitchen. There are also two large patios on the second floor, 1 large patio off the main floor completely furnished with chic outdoor furniture as well as access to the master bedroom.

The space

Not only will you enjoy glamorous outdoor setting, but you will also do so in privacy, as there are no other properties directly facing into our space. We offer you true Okanagan living with private outdoor space with a functional layout and extensive use of windows.

The main floor entices you with an inviting foyer, houses a large living room with 16 ft patio doors leading to covered upper deck, gourmet kitchen with custom island, gas range, pantry, the master bedroom (elevated King-sized bed) with ensuite (Soaker tub and stand-up shower). All with extensive views of the lake. There is also a guest room a powder room with stand up universal shower and laundry facilities on this floor. Custom lit staircase takes you to the upper floor where there is unobstructed views of the lake through the expansive windows. There is also a double washroom and 2 guest rooms (both with panoramic view of the lake). One guest room has a crib should someone have a baby or toddler. There is a large multipurpose bonus room (kids playspace, additional sleep spaces, couch, games room etc). In addition to this, there are also two large patios on the second floor that has access to the rooftop.

Outdoor space

Professionally landscaped, a resort inspired backyard, with stunning 40 ft pool. Take advantage of the private heated and lit-up saltwater pool (subject to weather and times of the year; NOTE: Pool has a professionally installed mechanical pool cover to keep pool clean and children safe), cabana (with shower, washroom, sink, and fridge, and equipped with loungers and pool toys). Enjoy the multiple outdoor areas (seating, dining, lounging) small fire pit, barbecue & smoker. The backyard is landscaped to provide a private experience with 180 degree lake views.

Enjoy a memorable breakfast outdoors with a lake front view overlooking vineyards and fruit orchards. Imagine dinners lit by the city lights with dreamy night views of the lake. Truly a vacation to remember.

*Pricing is unique during certain times of the year and based on 10 persons. Additional guests will be $250 per person/per night. Long weekends are premium priced.

April and May: $1500/night (Spring break and May long weekend $2500/night)

June : $1750/night (4-night minimum, based on 10 persons).

July and August: $2000/night with 7-night minimum).

September: $2000/night

October: $1500/night

November- March: $1275/night
