The property features a private dock for easy access to the water, and in winter, ice fishing is just steps from the door, making it an ideal retreat for all outdoor enthusiasts.

This charming open-concept cottage features vaulted ceilings and lake views, with the primary bedroom and main 4 pc bathroom conveniently located on the main level, complete with a walk-in closet. The well-equipped kitchen includes essential supplies and appliances, while the living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood burning fire place, a pull-out couch, satellite TV, and Netflix access. Guests can also enjoy a designated office space, a 4-piece bathroom with a large walk in shower, and separate jet tub. Laundry on premises ideal for longer stays. Double doors lead to a covered patio with outdoor seating, and the upper level contains a loft bedroom with three single beds and a half bath, making it ideal for family or group trips. Mobility/Accessibility friendly since everything is located on the main floor with no steps, the 2nd floor has a 1/2 bath and 3 single bed bedroom.

The property features a private, unfenced backyard with a covered patio complete with a small dining area and BBQ, along with a fire pit available for guest use. In the front, there is a designated covered seating area and a gravel pad that can serve as parking or accommodate a trailer for friends (disclosure and additional fees required), while the long 60-foot concrete driveway provides ample parking options.

This cottage offers plenty of privacy.
