Holiday stay

A little on the smaller side, beds are a little stiff, but the place was cozy, clean and private. We couldn’t hear the people beside us or above us which very much impressed me after learning the people beside us had a dog. The area is a nice area. Definitely keeping this place saved for the next time we come

Great two bedroom basement suite. Beds are firm and comfortable. Very quiet, we never heard the people upstairs. The host was very good with communication.

The hosts, Cindy and John, were very nice. The place could use a good cleaning. The weather was hot and there was no air conditioning in the place so it was uncomfortable.

Terrible Stay: Unsafe Area, Uncomfortable Conditions, and Poor Customer Services

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Firstly, the house is located in a bad neighborhood, which made me feel unsafe. Inside, there were no proper beds, only mattresses placed directly on the floor, which was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning, and during the hot summer days, the small fans provided were insufficient to keep the place cool. Additionally, the house had a pervasive, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to relax. Due to these issues, I ended up not staying in the home. When I raised a complaint with Vrbo, I received very poor customer service. They did not return my money despite the unacceptable conditions of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this property or using Vrbo for anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay.
