Lovely place

We stayed 2 nights for a wedding at the Toronto Golf Course. It was super convenient. Thai was always quick to answer communications. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Daughters Wedding

Host Thai met us at the location giving us a short tour and explained all the details for our stay, restaurant suggestions etc. we stayed one night only to organize for the wedding to be held in Barrie and we cannot wait to return in 2 days for one more final night I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning again and again!

Lovely basement apartment

Very spacious, modern and clean apartment. Very comfy beds. Modern kitchen and washroom/showers. A bit noisy upstairs occasionally but not a huge issue. A large closed in backyard that our dog Lou could play fetch in. Thai is lovely host and very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and have already recommended to fellow colleagues.

Out of town wedding

Two couples stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding. The property is very clean, and the hosts are on site so were able to welcome us and answer questions. A great weekend.

This is an absolutely beautiful basement suite - high end furnishings and appliances, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean - spotless. The hosts are unintrusive and yet available quickly by text and email, if needed. The hosts make the beautiful back yard available too. The location is very suburban, nothing is walkable so we rented a car. Uber worked well too. The only "less than perfect" is the Wi-Fi. The guest network works fine with one user but every time a second person connected to the network, everything ground to a halt.

The apartment is roomy, new and nicely kept. We were especially pleased with the orientation that was provided by the landlords daughters. They were pleasant and professional and set the stage for a lovely visit. Thanks to all involved. I would certainly recommend this rental!

Stay at the Hua Home Away from Home

Thai and his family were very quick to respond to every inquiry and need. Very gracious hosts. The suite is a modern two bedroom accommodation with an entry from the back of the residence. As the parking area is adjacent to the entry, it is convenient. The stairs are fairly steep so it may be difficult for elderly or anyone who has mobility issues. The suite hosts a number of new appliances and surround sound. The house is in an area that is close to shopping, the lake and restaurants/ pubs as well as the QEW. Definitely, a stay that would be great for adults, teenagers and children.

Perfection

Our stay, hosted by Thai and family, was fantastic. The photos don’t do justice in terms of the size of this very spacious suite. Both bedrooms are large and separated nicely from each other. The two bathrooms are both large and luxurious. The living area is very comfortable with a great tv and surround sound. The kitchen is way beyond anything we’ve previously experienced in a short term rental, with very high end appliances. It is very well appointed and everything you could want is present. The host was so kind to offer that if we were missing any simple foodstuffs to just ask rather than buying for ourselves. It is immaculate throughout. Very large entrance doors provides some beautiful natural light. Although we didn’t have the opportunity to use the backyard, it is very spacious and private. Ample parking and very clear instructions for all aspects of our stay. Thai and family are very kind and warm. Would definitely return!

Little Piece of Luxury!

This property is exactly as described! It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still close to so many things. I was staying there while repairs were completed at my apartment and it was such a comfortable stay. Thai and Sam were so nice. They greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour and showed me how to work everything. I have a little dog that I brought with me and he was right at home too. I will be recommending them to my family when they come in to visit!

Perfect stay

The rental is exactly as shown, even bigger than it looks on the pictures. Very comfortable stay with outstanding communication throughout from Thai. Very manageable distance from downtown Toronto. We would absolutely stay here again and again!
