Looking to hike, swim or enjoy the mountain views? This is the place for you!
Welcome to Anderark, our family home in the White Mountains. The property is a historical 1920’s Sears house. There were only 75k built in all of America (from early 1900 to about 1940). It’s very charming and quaint – yet comfy and cozy!
We’re located in the heart of Bartlett. That means you’re about a half mile away from hundreds of miles of hiking, cross country skiing, and snowmobile trails – plus walking distance to the Saco River. From the kitchen window you can see the ski trails to Attitash Mountain – which is just a two minute drive up the road. And families interested in visiting Story Land we’re less than 10 minutes away!
Come stay in a home where you can “eat in” by cooking in a brand new, fully stocked, kitchen—or use our large outdoor "griddle" where you can make breakfast/burgers right on our covered front porch. For those who look forward to “eating out” take advantage of the many great restaurants in the Valley. Either way, this place will make you feel like you’re right at home!
We also have a nice yard for kids to play in, complete with a tree swing and an outdoor shower. And those looking to swap stories and drinks around a fire, we have a fire pit too!

Nice, cozy, and very homey. Our mother loved your home so much, she wanted us to inquire for a week’s stay in August! Looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much.
We had a great time. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5, including a 9 month old. Very quiet neighborhood, so appreciative of the large lawn. Close to everything we wanted to visit.
Went up for the weekend to ski at Attitash- very close to mountain! Great house for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents! Accommodations were perfect and very kid friendly!
Great location and perfect yard for kids to play in!
We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and the location was great! We loved sitting out on the porch and playing in the yard. It was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer for our week long stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need or imagine you may need. Great location for Attitash and Wildcat ski and other winter adventures. North Conway and hiking trails around the corner. Will stay again when around for another NH ski vacation.
Amazing location just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway. House is nothing fancy, but is in great shape and was perfect for our family’s annual vacation. The firepit in the side yard is perfect to unwind after a day of adventure.

Location!!! Very comfy!
We had a wonderful time this weekend. The house had everything we needed and then some. Thank you!
The house is charming, renovated and clean. It has everything you need to accommodate 3 people comfortably. More than that would be a stretch simply because there is only one bathroom but it is a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful house
The house was sparkling clean, with a nice bathroom and new kitchen. It was perfect for two families with kids. Super close to Storyland and Attitash. We all had a wonderful time!
We stayed during a weekend trip to Attitash. The house was a quick drive (3-4 minutes) and well outfitted. We were able to prepare all meals, do laundry and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. Great setup for those with younger kids--kids can get to sleep upstairs and adults can hang out downstairs.
Beautiful 20's era house. Nicely updated kitchen. Bathrooms were almost an afterthought back in that era so it's a little cramped compared to modern houses but workable. Loved the porch.

Enjoyed Storyland and making smores
Great base to visit Storyland. Enjoyed making a fire in the backyard with the kids and having smores. The Conway train turn around spot is within walking distance. The kids enjoyed watching the train turn around.
Amazing trip even though it rained three days out of the four! We sure did enjoy it even though the weather was working against us! House was nice clean nice outdoor area rooms where accommodating and just felt so homey! Kiddy gate was a big thumbs up that was provided by owner! Would definitely stay again! Diana’s bath was minutes away also echo lake! Not to mention a nice mall and plenty of shopping places 15 minutes away! Had fun sight seeing and will definitely visit there again! Thank you for being so welcoming!
Clean, well equipped, nice location. Everything we needed. Nice kitchen very well equipped. We loved the yard and fire pit. I would stay again. Very homy. Very easy and prompt communication.
Audrey's home was a perfect stay for my husband and I to enjoy the winter in the mountains. We enjoyed cross country skiing at Jackson up the road (however Bear notch trails are also practically in the backyard!) and we went across the street for a guided snowmobile tour which was a definitely highlight! The house was extremely clean, warm, and cozy for a winter getaway. We would definitely take our whole family back in the future! Thank you!

Awesome place!
We had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this beautiful bungalow during near-peak foliage season. The weather was rainy but the weekend was enjoyable just the same. The home is equipped with everything needed to fix dinners, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby for breakfast or lunch. We also picked up some camp wood and spent an evening outside with a campfire. The exceptionally comfortable beds, WiFi, and cable TV were unexpected bonuses!

Had such a great stay here! Beautiful home cozy for hanging in and playing games. Outdoor activities literally a hop skip and jump away! Highly recommend a private snow mobile tour! Short drive away from great restaurants and shopping. So happy owners were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back :)
Was a nice stay however there was a smell that i am inclined to say is because of dogs or animals. The person left their cleaning device in the shower which was pretty gross. attached to it was a glob of hair. compared to other places ive stayed at this really felt like i was staying at someones house felt weird. to many personal effects were all around the home. if i knew i would not have stayed there.

Comfortable for the whole family
We were all very comfortable at this rental. It's close many attractions but quiet and private. It has old charm and charter mixed with modern comfort! We had two small children and they loved playing in the yard and on the porch. The only thing that was worrisome to us adults was the steep, open staircase to the second level. Young children should be watched while going up and down the stairs.
Audrey was very easy to contact with questions and replied promptly. I would definitely keep this place in mind for a future stay. My husband and I are actually thinking of booking for a stay without the kids!
