My name is Tristyn, a Mortgage Broker and partner of Charlo whom is himself a Realtor. Having worked in hotels for many years, Charlo has always wanted to own, design and run a hotel. And since owning a hotel is not as easy and lower-cost as owning a house, hosting for airbnb is the closest happy place that he can aspire to enjoy. Being his partner for years, I support him on his passion for the hospitality industry, and ultimately, we are hoping to pass on some good vibes to our valued guests.

The property is in a very quiet area of East Vancouver and yet, just 15-20 minutes drive to downtown and from the YVR airport. Tree-lined, family-oriented and serene, we are in one of the safest areas of Vancouver and in a hidden gem of a neighbourhood. We are also centrally located in terms of getting connected into the other parts of Metro Vancouver, such as Richmond, Burnaby, North and West Vancouver, Downtown and others. We hope to offer, not only comfort in accommodation, but also an experience of the style and mystique of what it's like to be away from the neutral and straight-lined world of interior and into the varied classic-nouveau colours and lines of the Neo-colonial era, infused with a modern touch, and some other subtle elements of style in between.
