Nestled in the trees is a very rare and secluded year round log home on the shores of the Rideau River. This convenient location is only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Kemptville and 30 minutes from Ottawa.
Winter activities include snowmobiling (trail is at the end of the driveway), snowshoeing trails, cross country skiing, and ice fishing.
Summer activities include boating (long reach), swimming, hiking trails, canoeing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, horseback riding, and ATV trails at your doorstep.

The house has 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds and smart TV's.
Inside you'll find bespoke details such as textured leather wallpaper, custom bathroom vanity made from an old whiskey barrel, a mix of antique and mid century modern furniture, and industrial style light fixtures. The spa like bathroom features a soaker tub and premium fixtures.
