Welcome to our classic 3-Season Stoney Lake island cottage, beautifully restored and expanded with wrap-around decks that offer stunning water views in every direction. The cottage boasts a gorgeous long sunset view to the west that will take your breath away.
Food lovers will be thrilled with the modern open kitchen equipped with premium appliances including a Bosch Induction cooktop. The cottage’s boathouse has one of the best decks on the lake with infinity railings and sunrise and sunset views. It also features a small modern kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with views of the water on all sides.
There are two docks on the property, one facing west and the other north, both with clean, deep water. One of the docks will almost always be out of the wind, making it the perfect spot for fishing, swimming or easy docking. A small sandy beach in our protected little bay is ideal for kids to splash around in.
With over 1700 feet of shoreline and complete privacy, this is the perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility and seclusion. The elevated island breeze means there are almost no mosquitoes, and we have no screens, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature.
Accessing the cottage is easy, with a short hop (400 meters) by boat to our private landing, adjacent to Crowes Landing docking for your boat, and convenient dock access for loading and unloading.
Overall, our cottage is a very special place appreciated by those who love beauty in all their surroundings. Don’t miss your chance to experience the serenity and natural beauty of Stoney Lake.
This is one of Stoney Lake’s classic island cottages, where steamships dropped off guests for month’s long stays back in the day. Incredible views, open and breezy, it’s a complete escape.
