Spacious 4 bedroom home with an in ground pool, barbecue and everything you could need for a perfect summer vacation! Our home is centrally located, only a few minutes from many shops and restaurants. We are also only 100 meters away from Peterson Creek Park which is filled with a beautiful network of walking/biking/hiking/running trails and a waterfall in the spring months. We have a view of the valley and an upper terraced seating area to enjoy the sunset. We can’t wait to host you!
The space
Our property is located on a peaceful street in the Upper Sahali area, overlooking Kamloops. It is very spacious and comfortable, with both a living room upstairs with a view of the valley and a tv room downstairs with plenty of games. We have a decent sized fenced in backyard with pool, deck, bbq and fire pit overlooking the city. We have another deck located off the kitchen with a second outdoor eating area. The master bedroom has an on suite and doors to both the pool area and the living room upstairs. Our other queen bedroom is located privately downstairs adjacent to the tv room. The last two bedrooms and bathroom are all located on the main floor. Although you get the majority of the house during your stay there is a small unit in part of the basement that you will not have access to. The garage is also not accessible however there is a large 4 car driveway and plenty of parking available on the road. Our tenant in the bottom suite is a lovely student working on her masters thesis. She is very quiet and has her own entrance from the garage. The only shared space between both units is the laundry room, which can be locked from both units.

Our home is accessible through a smart lock key pad located on the front door. You will be given your own personal access code 24 hours before your stay.
