Needs a thorough deep cleaning and property management that will return your calls!
Booked this house for the central location while visiting our family. Location was nice and the neighborhood seemed family friendly as well.
The concerns started when we pulled into the driveway and the garbage cans were overflowing with bags of garbage. So much garbage that bags were stacked all around the cans on the ground. Issues trying to access the home from the front door. The code provided (in the check in email the day before) was not unlocking the door. Tried calling the contact person that Evolve Management provided with no answer. It was really late and I understand them not picking up but I expected a call back in the morning to see if we needed anything. They did not call. Thankfully we had a separate code for the garage door that worked.
The master bathroom has a dead bug smashed on the wall next to the sink area and the door frame in the bathroom into the closet has what appear to be blood splatters on it. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible and needs to be replaced. When you lay down you instantly sink into holes that you struggle to get out of, with a big lump in the middle.
The kitchen did have new appliances recently installed, however they did not have a microwave, and when I opened the dishwasher to load dishes I found standing water in it. Once again called the contact that Evolve Management provided and no answer or return call.
Guest bath sink and shower have draining issues. Would not recommend in current state.
