Thanks to its oversized windows that let natural light in and make this space bright and lively. This cozy space is complete with patterned carpet, a console cabinet, and an L-shaped sofa with accent chair that complete the space.

Next to it is a fully equipped, semi-closed kitchen with high-end appliances like an electric range hood stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washer, refrigerator, and all household accessories that is adjacent to the dining area, matched with a timberland 6-seater dining set. Prepare your own and different styles of dish or order food online to try different cuisines nearby.

The bedroom celebrates minimalism in an entirely different way. The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or commonly known with its abbreviation JBR - one of the premium areas of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.

The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewelry stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.

The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health in great shape.

There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.

Bluewaters Island is where the Dubai Eye is located - the upcoming biggest Ferris wheel in the world, expected to be completed in 2021. This island is still in development but will include entertainment, residential, and many more that will attract visitors.

If you like to shop, a quick taxi will take you to Marina Mall or Mall of the Emirates. You can simply go down to The Walk and enjoy a stroll or see a movie at the Roxy Cinema.

You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.

Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.

You will find that there are several things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train and tram, the Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station is only 6 minutes away. You can go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others. It is connected to the metro station and monorail that will both take you to different parts of Dubai, like the Dubai Mall, MOE, around Palm Jumeirah, and a lot more.

The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person) then a taxi or bus ride at the Mall of Emirates.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
