25 mins from downtown Vancouver, Deep Cove Village is a beautiful touristy neighbourhood at the foot of Mt Seymour (skiing) with trails, beach and kayaking. Our new cottage with loft bedroom is steps from the Baden Powell Trail, Quarry Rock, Deep Cove Canoe & Kayak Shop, bistros, coffee shops, Panorama Park, Deep Cove Theatre & Arts & Cultural Centre. Our suite is a brand new above ground property in a peaceful and quiet creekside setting w/ water and forest views. The loft bedroom has views of Deep Cove's harbour amongst the trees. The second bedroom/den looks onto the deck and creekside. The living, kitchen and dining area has dual views of the garden and view to the marina with boats and kayaking. You have both a deck and a bluestone garden patio to enjoy in the spring/summer. The bathroom has a large shower with rainshower head and heated floors. You have access to two kayaks as well. In addition to TV and WiFi we can supply board games as well :). Architecturally designed, tastefully furnished.

Cozy getaway

Loved this little place. The loft was so cute and the amenities were great. Clean and comfy, lots of books, tv, fireplace. Would highly recommend for mountain getaway, close to mount Seymour and deep cove.

Dream spot

This place is perfect if you want to visit Vancouver and surrounding areas, but feel like you are in a forest oasis!! The space is clean, well decorated, with little touches - great art work, towels, bedding and dishware. The host has an amazing garden and close to the famous quarry rock trails. excellent dining in deep cove and great coffee meet up spots. I highly recommend this place. easy check in/out

Hidden Gem

Hidden gem in the middle of the lush West Coast rain forest, away from Vancouver busy streets but still close by. It was really hard for us to leave this place. Whole family enjoyed it.

Wonderful mountain getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was just like the pictures showed. We did a lot of walking from the property to downtown Deep Cove. Its a steep hill for recommend good walking shoes. I was pleasantly surprised to be at an entrance to the Baden Powell trail. That was an incredible hike. A must do! Deep Cove had a little bit of everything and it was a close drive from the airport and other parts of BC. Thank you to Greg and Kathryn for a great stay!

A lovely stay!

October Vacation

My partner and I stayed at this location and loved that it was so quiet. It’s also within walking distance of some great local restaurants and the water. A few dislikes were that there is a skylight in the washroom making things visible from next door and although there is caution provided about the staircase, it’s very tight, hard to maneuver around and we both had hit our heads a number of times on the ceiling. The owners had great communication though and are friendly people. Weighing the pros and the cons, I would stay here again if some adjustments were made.

Excellent Spot and Hosts

This was our second stay in Kathryn and Greg’s place. We love it there. The home is great, the location is fantastic and the hosts are very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great location

This property is an amazing location with shops, restaurants and the ocean just a few blocks away. It’s also a great starting point for all your adventures. We went to Squamish one day and into downtown Vancouver the next. It’s unique and that’s what drew us to it in the first place. We enjoyed our stay here however the cleanliness of the property threw us off when we first arrived. There were large cobwebs throughout the interior and a few other things that didn’t make it feel like it was properly cleaned. Other than that, great stay!

A Peaceful Retreat

Our 2 weeks were lovely. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and available to answer questions. The suite was perfect with space for my adult son to spread out in his own bedroom and for me to while the hours away reading on the deck. When we arrived the weather was cool and the host had the fireplace on, it was so inviting. I could imagine spending the cooler months here between the fireplace and heated bathroom floor it would be a cozy retreat. Although nestled in the trees the suite receives a lot of sunlight, making it bright even on the dull, cloudy days. The location was wonderful for walking down the hill into Deep Cove for coffee, lunch or a wander in the park. The climb back up took a little more effort but we still did it at least once a day. My son availed himself of the almost front door access to the trailhead and spent a day hiking Mt. Seymour's trails and photographing local wildlife. I would recommend this stay for anyone visiting Deep Cove.

Best of the best!!

A wonderful "cabin feel" with comfy beds, and all the essentials - its private with amazing access to beautiful walks and cute shops. Greg our host was friendly and helpful- probably one of the best I've come across in years. Thank you Greg & Kathryn for a wonderful stay ❤️

Beautiful home, unbeatable location

Our family had such a nice stay at Greg and Kathryn's property. The place is beautiful and has everything you'd need for a nice getaway. Greg and Kathryn are both super nice folks. There are a few shops and cafés on the main street in Deep Cove, which we'd highly recommend checking out. Thanks again!

Perfect hideout

The place is really cute.. can’t beat the location! My husband and I stayed here for three nights on a quick trip over to the mainland and it was easy, hassle free.. The Host on the same property ..there if you need them but you have total privacy. The only thing to be aware of is the bathrooms downstairs and the main bedroom is it in a very cool loft but there are pretty dodgy stairs to navigate in the middle of the night 😊so if you’re someone that’s getting up and down a lot In the night , you may want to stay in the second bedroom on the main floor. View is great Quick walk to the main part of Deepcove.. and most important for the trail runner in me , right at the trail head entry! Definitely will stay there again

Deep Cove Retreat

This suite is very cute and in a great location. It has a nice semi private patio with newer furniture and lush gardens. Check in was quite easy and painless. The only thing I would suggest is a deep clean be done. There were a few larger cobwebs on the walls and all surfaces need to be wiped down. The beds are comfortable and the washroom is modern as is the kitchen. Overall my family and I had a great stay here and I would recommend this accommodation to others. Another bonus was the washer and dryer :-)

Dream spot

It was just what we needed. Peaceful, beautiful and spacious. It was such a gift to stay at a place that is just minutes walking distance to the beach and all of the shops. The area was pleasant just perfect.

Deep Cove paradise

Wonderful, friendly and scenic hamlet of North Vancouver. Excellent walking trails, waterfront and restaurants. We enjoyed chatting with our VRBO hosts and generally relaxing in this area. We highly recommend a visit.

Really nice place to have a break

Great place to stay, clean, perfectly equipped. Communication with Managers wasn't easy at the beginning , but once I switched to talk with Kathryn everything went perfect, she was very kind.
