Welcome to 53 Evergreen a beautiful clean 2 bedroom 1 large bathroom space with queen pullout. Located on a large lot with no neighbours in the back, on a quiet dead end street, your family will be just steps away from the funplex.

*There is an additional $15+tax registration fee per person per stay required by Sherkston as well wristband passes for amenities (pools & water slides) to be paid for by the renter.
* Full Concierge Service to assist with any issues for a great rental experience included.

Sherkston Stay

A perfect unit in an ideal location, and spotlessly clean. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Brian was an outstanding host, promptly addressing any questions we had. I highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay

We had a great time. The cottage was super clean, inviting and spacious. A home away from home. Owners are super friendly and helpful. Excellent communication with owners and property manager.
