Enjoy a peaceful vacation at Rocky Ledges, a one bedroom cottage on Lake Kashagawigamog in Minden Hills. The cottage has its own private dock, kayaks, canoe and is perfect for vacationers who love to swim and enjoy the lake.

The cottage has a large bedroom with a private deck, chairs and a new BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster and coffee maker.
There is also a full bathroom and a large family room with a TV, DVD player and access to WIFI.

The cottage has large windows looking out over the lake and a large fire pit with firewood and lots of chairs for enjoying the stars and the sounds of loons in the evening.

The cottage is located about halfway between the towns of Minden and Haliburton so you'll always be close to grocery stores, pharmacies and many restaurants.

Clean and simple in a fantastic location

The cottage is newly built and extremely clean, in a terrific location on the lake, only 12 mins drive to the town of Minden or Haliburton...great for day trips (Kawartha Dairy!) or to check out local restaurants and shops. Several great hiking trails within a shirt drive. The cottage is ideal for a couple (1 bedroom). There's 4 Muskoka chairs in the shade with a fire pit, a new BBQ for your use, and your own dock on the water. They also provide a canoe, kayak, pool noodles, and life jackets for your use. Note: the owner's cottage is on the same lot directly beside this cottage, which we didn't realize based on the description. But they respect your privacy and are very friendly and helpful. Remember to bring linens (bedsheets), towels, kitchen dish cloth/towel, etc. as described in the listing. Having to clean the cottage at checkout is a bit of a pain, but it keeps the price reasonable.
