It was very loud at night. We ended up in a corner unit - the noise level was quite high, with all windows closed. There was a sock inserted into one of the windows. I guess this was done by previous tenants to create tighter closing for one of the windows ... :) The towels had yellow spots and should have been disposed of a long time ago. The pillow under the case had yellow spots as well.

Great place to stay in Amsterdam

While this place is not in the "heart of it", it is a great location very close to all the transportation options you could want. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is only a 7 minute bus ride to central station where you can pick up the tram, the train or information on tours. There are 2 grocery store options just a few minutes way away and restaurants all around. If we find our selves in Amsterdam again we will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was ok. Was a very nice view from window and convenient to have a kitchen. Staff was really lovely. However overall it is too overpriced for what you get (not really a 4 star hotel, not super clean, etc). Biggest problem for us was that the Wifi did not work at all on the second floor of the "loft" which is where the bedroom is, so we could only use internet in the kitchen.

The staff was very helpful and the welcome book has everything you need. A 25 minute bus ride into the core of Amsterdam that was easily navigated with 1 bus. One note of concern: they offer bikes for 10 euro however the bikes are in need of servicing. We had to get through 3 bikes before we found 2 that worked and even then one of the bikes had a broken brake mechanism which we realized into our ride. Thankfully a local helped us otherwise is would have been unrideable.

We stayed with our two tweens and they loved the loft room. We really liked the space and it was convenient to take the bus in and out of the centre. Recommend it for families!

Great hotel

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The apartment is very clean and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is new and clean. Location of this hotel is great. Bus, tram and grocery nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

The place was great. We were a family of 3 with a 9 yr old. Convenient location. Easy access to bus# 22 to get to Amsterdam Centraal Station. Grocery stores within walking distance. FYI that grocery stores accept cash only; they don't accept debit/credit cards (visa) Shout out to Amelie and Petra who were super helpful, friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The staff at the apartments are absolutely wonderful. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is far from a 4 star standard. My boyfriend and I chose this place because of the cute rooms, the option to cook, and outside of the city location. We did consider the good price of these apartments in our decision but upon arriving found many other places in the same price range that are definitely a much better option for those who value a clean room. The bathroom had some stains on the counter ledge and leftover soap scum on the floor. The bed sheets had a few stains on them and one of our towels was stained as well. Having the room cleaned by housekeeping is an extra charge, which is a bit disappointing considering the state of our room. Aside from the cleanliness, the room does get extremely hot and stuffy overnight with the only 'remedy' being a small fan. Overall, this property would have been great if our room had been properly cleaned. As I mentioned in the beginning, the staff working the front desk are very nice and helpful when asking questions about food and the city.
