We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place - impeccably clean, great pool and workout facilities, with easy access to the path along the river that goes into downtown and Lady Bird Lake as well as many dining and entertainment options.

The property is fine and clean, if a little tired. The rugs are stained, the baseboards are chipped, and parking is an extra $40/night, as street parking is not a realistic option. Kitchen, couches, tvs, and beds were all in good shape. Location is good - close to the action but far enough to not hear all the noise of the bars.

It was okay. WiFi didn’t work which isn’t acceptable in today’s world. No check-in instructions including parking instructions would have been helpful. Pillow were too thick, not comfortable. Not enough lighting in the rooms, particularly in the bedroom. TV didn’t offer network channels, a simple cable package would have helped.

Great location near Rainy St. We got the two bedroom for 2 couples. Had a balcony, was super nice. Queen bed in one room and King in the other. Each room had a bathroom. Cute kitchen area with two types of coffee makers. Beautiful pool (but very small) on the 33rd floor. Coffee shop on lobby level. Easy to catch Uber outside. Worst pillows hands down I’ve ever had (husband and one of friends agree). Large bulky and hard. I went to Tempurpedic store and literally bought a pillow. Other than that great stay! Highly recommend.

Terrible experience with valet

The hotel room was fine. Valet service was terrible. They lost our rental car keys and did not tell us until checkout when we were about to head to the airport. Turns out somehow the keys ended up at the airport at another rental car company. We were stuck at the hotel until somehow they could locate and retrieve the keys. The people who run the valet were very apologetic and promised to reimburse us for the valet charge, but they never followed through. This pretty much ruined our trip. If you stay at Natiivo, do not use valet.

It was early April, yet hot because Texas. However our condo AC absolutely did not work. And because the nature of how you rent there was nothing that could be done. Not like there was another room to transfer to. There was some mobile cooling device that helped none. The room was hot and stuffy. I opened the balcony door just for some fresh air. Also… the elevators went out because of some fire alarm that went off so walking down 27 flights to exit was fun. Front desk told me to “wait a bit” while fire department inspected to turn elevators back on. Nope. We had a reservation to get to. I was also certain the bed was supposed to be a queen. But sleeping in a full with my 6’2” husband was also not ideal. Just stay at a hotel. The construction all around Rainey and this complex is wild.
