This smoke-free condo resort features 5 outdoor pools, a restaurant and 2 poolside bars. Free WiFi in public areas is provided, as well as free self parking, a free area shuttle and a free theme park shuttle. Other amenities include 2 bars/lounges, a fitness centre and outdoor tennis courts. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. Guests can appreciate conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a sofa bed, and other amenities include a balcony and a dining area. Change of towels is available on request.

The unit we had was dirty. The floor was sticky and looks like it was not mopped and sanitized. The floor grout is black already and it’s disgusting. The carpet on each rooms are dirty, looks like it’s not been vacuumed and cleaned for ages.The bathroom sinks are not spotless clean. The shower was not cleaned with full of hair on the drain. The washing machine is too small for the family of 5. Kitchen is small for family of 5. However, when you are looking to entertain your kids, the amenities are great with lots of options for pur boys to entertain them. Very close to Walmart and Target and to Disney parks. My advise is the property management should ensure that the units are properly cleaned and cared off. The property itself is beautiful but the unit is not worth with the amount of money we paid for it. I will definitely recommend the Summer bay Orlando if they're looking for great amenities, but if you are looking for a clean condo units, then nope.

As seniors we much enjoyed our time there because of the above. Our room was very clean. The appliances were dated. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor and had to be replaced which was an inconvenience because it took up 3 hours of our time. Stove and fridge were older and probably should be replaced as well. Wished there was a full length mirror somewhere in condo so we could look at ourselves before we headed out. Thank you

Our unit was clean but in definite need of an update. The carpet was threadbare and torn in some areas. We still had a great stay and appreciated the prompt attention from security when we needed access to our unit.

Great stay! Property is very clean, so many different pool options water slides and different parcs. It’s the perfect destination for kids. The condo itself is huge (1300 SF) with 2 big bedrooms and balcony. It’s the 2nd time that I have stayed at this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was centrally located. Transportation was very limited and restricted. Only real sit in restaurant was Denny’s and since we didn’t have a car that was it. Our jet tub had a jet that fell out, the carpet had pulls throughout it, and found a bed in one of our beds. Scared daughter and granddaughter, to the point we took everything out of every bag or suitcase to make sure there were no other.

We loved the activities at the pool. There was an issue with the water and we couldnt drink it or brush our teeth with it. They forgot to tell us there was a water boil notice and we only found out because we saw a paper posted near the elevators. Apart from that the resort itself is very nice, lots to do.

This is a very good resort with a few options of pools and bars and restorants. It even has a Starbucks coffee shop with in. The apartments are slightly dated with old appliances and TV is not bigger than a computer screen. The materass is a bit old too and not the most comfortable. Overall good value for your money.

This is our 3rd time at this hotel. The property and options are excellent for pool, recreation and food. We did encounter a few issues with our room but they were sorted. Our suite also smelt like chemicals, either from cleaning or pool and it triggered my daughters asthma which was a bit frustrating.
