The upgrade we got was marvelous and the view was amazing from the 30th floor... one thing to keep in mind though is to wear a bathing suit if you go in the bath on the veranda as others can see you. The building is very new and modern. Another thing to keep in mind for high season, the elevator you might have to wait a bit espcially check out. You won't be disappointed staying here!

New and modern, spacious condominium style. Gym and swimming pool together is $32 per person, not separated. Check in can be a struggle if you can’t receive text (foreigners with data plan only on their phone). You can go to 3rd floor to their front desk but there was nothing on the first floor so I had to ask a few people about it.

기대이상으로 좋았습니다. 가족 모두 만족했고 파셜오션뷰라서 크게 기대하지 않았는데 더베이101과 마린시티가 보이는 전망이라 오션뷰과 시티뷰가 적절히 섞여 맘에 들었습니다. 시설도 완전 깨끗하고 천고가 높은 고급 주상복합 느낌이 났어요. 해운대 주변 어디든 도보로 갈 수 있는 위치였고 비대면 시스템이 처음이라 낯설었지만 편했어요. 하루만 묵어 아쉬웠습니다. 다음에 또 이용하겠습니다.

I could never figure out how to turn on the bathroom light—it was too complicated. The pillow was too high, the bed was too hard, and the blanket had an odd smell. The room was so different from the picture.

걸어서 해운대 가기에도 좋고 숙소가 너무 청결하고 1층 편의점도 있어서 편했어요. 청소기도 있고 렌지, 정수기, 커피머신도 있어서 단기간에 지내기 아쉬웠어요.

룸 컨디션은 good, 전망은 not good 😐

신축이라 룸 컨디션이 아주 좋아서 머무르는 동안 좋았습니다. 그런데 뷰는 아쉬운 느낌이 들었습니다. 로얄 파셜 오션 뷰라는 명칭답게 진짜 아주 부분적으로 해운대 바다가 보이고 주로 공사장 뷰 건물 뷰입니다.

가족과 함께 숙박하기 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다 방이 깨끗하고 넓고 취사도구도 잘 갖춰져 있고 침구도 너무 깔끔해서 좋았습니다 무엇보다 해운대바다가 보이는 뷰가 힐링되는 느낌이 들 정도로 끝내줍니다 비대면 체크인 할 수 있어서 편리했고 문의할 일이 있어 연락드렸는데 직원분이 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다 다음에 가게 된다면 다시 가고싶은 숙소입니다!
