The property was very clean both inside and outside. The pools and hot tub in our area were great! A downside is that when you call for more towels you have to be in the room, they said they will not just leave it at your door.

Our stay was really nice, room seems older, but clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but there was a washer/dryer and the kitchen was quipped with bare minimum, pool area was very nice, but lot of debris from the palm trees floating. Plenty places to walk on the resort. Walking distance to eat and shop too. Enjoyed our stay

Property was nice, they had to switch us out of our first room as the AC was not working. The second room was a bit musty smelling. After the AC was running for a while things seemed a bit better (had the balcony open as well for a bit). Over all though for the price, it was a pretty good spot to stay.

Beautiful property, especially enjoyed the nature areas that have been preserved. Was somewhat disappointed that the Nature Walk at Building 3 has been shortened, it used to go right up to the main road.

Pictures don’t do this resort justice. We were skeptical at first to book but once we arrived the resort is much better in person. Suites were a great size lots of amenities close by for the family to do. Will definitely go back again

Easy check in...very nice staff at the desk..very accommodating with our wishes..my husband and i traveled with time share holders of your place and requested ww be in the same building ..not did that happen but we had adjoining apts..thus made it so much easier for us as we wanted to have our meals together...thanks so much..hope to return again... Our room was very spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It was tidy, but will eventually need a deep clean or renovation. The pool hours were great for the kids. Staff was kind and information was clear when checking in.

We have been staying at Vacation Village for over a decade. The older buildings and units definitely require a refresh and update. Maintenance could do a better job at communicating unit damages to front desk. Having to return to front desk to change the room after unloading and traveling a fair distance is never ideal. Front desk did not have an issue making the change however, there was nothing apologetic while doing so.

The key card system didn’t work. It left us in the hallway for 45 mins after waiting forever to check in. They said they’d bring us new keys after the third time trying to get keys. I found a maintenance guy and he called. And the lady said “well we are busy” that made me feel they really didn’t care. They give you a ride to the time share presentation and then leave you to figure out how to get back to your building. I do like having a kitchen and being close to the parks

Value. Unless you're looking for a time share don't fall for their "cheap attraction" ticket high pressue scheme. The resort itself has no real issues. This is either a 3.5 or 4 star resort depending on how much luxury you're looking for. They're adding on to the resort (soon to have 22 bldgs.) The resort is in a very convenient location, just 10 minutes from Disney World and 15 minutes from Sea World.

I like staying here because it's a good price for what you get. Not luxurious or anything but if you want that you can go ahead and pay up somewhere else.. Its a clean property with multiple pools and the location is perfect as it's close to Disney and lots of shops/restaurants. The rooms in the older buildings need some upgrades for the toilet and appliances but if you have any issues the staff is great and usually move you to a newer and nicer unit.
