I was not aware that the room I got included a full kitchen and living room with a separate bedroom. It was a great surprise to walk into, and for the price, you can’t beat it. Great place!

OK for the size of unit and price.

Have stayed here before but Vacation Village has let this one go downhill a bit. stayed her because of size and cheaper rental cost for our seven family members, but would opt for VV at Weston next time. It has MUCH better pool, and great hot tub, which are available to guests of VV at Bonaventure as well, and is three minute drive. But Bonaventure is long in the tooth as well; window screens were missing in our unit, but we kept window open on cool night anyway, with no problem, but thought it was kind of crummy for a major resort. Also, bathtub was very slippery, no enhancement of non slip surface since it was built 20 years ago. They did provide a rubber mat when I asked for one though. All in all it is OK but prefer amenities of VV at Weston, the sister resort.

Nice hotel, really a timeshare resort

Nice place Checkin was terrible, took all your information, no keys till 4 pm. Their saying waiting for room to be ready, checked in at 11:30am that's ok. Lots of guests, same story. Checked back several times as instructed. 3:45pm still waiting for room to be cleaned; at 4pm all rooms suddenly cleaned waited in line with 30 other people to just get a key. People complained and were told we are not a HOTEL.

Would never go again!!!

The burners the kitchen didn't work, the staff never came to clean our room as promised, the plugs in the kitchen didn't work, they gave a building far from the amenities and said we picked it when we didn't. Whole building is too cold and never change the temperature, the balcony was dirty and we couldn't enjoy our time outside. We had to get our safes fixed multiple times. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone and I'm never coming back!!! They should fix a lot of things including customer service!!!

Pictures are deceiving

The rooms look nothing like the website photos. The resort is clean enough but the rooms are extremely dated and tired. No balconies and the only window is in the bedroom. Going anywhere requires a car or using the shuttle. The shuttle is on anforst come first serve basis so you may wait 10 minites or an hour for it to pick you up and no the staff won't give you any kind of timeframe on this

Just OK.

The description of our room was a superior room but very average. Make sure you specify a balcony because our superior room was the most basic room on the resort. Iam not sure why they call it superior. If you don't undo your bed and throw your blankets on a pile, the maid will not change your blankets on the bed (they are really cutting costs). Had just one roll of toilet paper which ran out on our last day... One staff member was overly aggressive for us to make an appointement for the timeshare pratically arguing with me. Also, there is a construction zone surrounding our building. They are going to build 125 homes.. But on the plus side it was in the 80s °F (28°C +)'s and sunny everyday..Weston is nice town.

excellent stay as usual

We arrived at the hotel on Jan 2 around 10am & had requested early check in, & we received our room keys immediately. We weren't sure considering that it was just after New Years. The room was clean & big as we had a full kitchen & there was pool towels for us to use as we did not pack any. The staff was friendly & we even received a shampoo & rinse set. The pool was clean & there was lots of chairs even though there was a lot of people, we were able to grab some chairs. The only glitch is that the gps cannot locate the address, but we managed to find the checkin place.We are going back in February. Can't wait.
