Property was secure and safe. Had lower unit and people upstairs were stomping on floor until late hours. No or very little hot water in the shower. Bathroom way to small. Not a very quiet place to stay.

It was a great experience for kids and us. The facility is great and convenient. There's Starbucks and a supermarket within 10-15 mins walk. The staffs are ok depending who you get. Some of them are great. They offer activities like bingo and nintendo switch time. Wish there were more activities like soap making and bathbomb making though. Kids did that last year at other place and they loved it. Overall it was a great getaway. We'll come back.

Good stay at The Oasis Resort

We were at the Oasis Resort(2 bedroom suite) for only one night and we wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, very clean and updated, decently sized units and the 9 pools/hot tubs were great! We used the BBQ on our balcony and the well stocked kitchen for dinner instead of going out and it worked fine. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I do wish they gave you more than just a bar of soap in the washrooms (no shampoo or conditioner or body wash) and I also wish the ensuite bathroom did not have automatic motion lights as it lights up he whole room when one uses the bathroom in the middle of the night. Otherwise, I would totally recommend and stay there again!

The property itself was nice. Nice to have access to bicycles. Multiple pools. The lady who checked us in, Michelle, visibly dislikes guests and her job. Could not muster a smile from the moment we arrived at the check-in desk. Property is similar to staying in a villa condo with a patio or deck. Great for families.

I liked this property, very well kept. The Amenities are simple but everything you need on vacation. We enjoyed the heated pools and hot tubs. The Oasis Resort is close to everything and grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The units are equipped with everything you need - our unit had a very spacious kitchen and laundry machines.

Resort was so peaceful and the grounds were beautifully kept. Although there were 8 swimming pools none of them were crowded which was surprising so it felt like we had our own private pool a lot of the time.. The kitchen in our studio was fully equipped with everything you would need and it was great to have our own bbq on the patio. Staff were quick to deal with a few requests we had and even followed up with a phone call to make sure we had received the fresh towels we had asked for. The resort was only a 10 minute drive to downtown and also not far to Palm Desert and other areas so a very good location for getting around to some of the tourist spots. We would definitely consider going back again.
