10/10 would recommend. We had a recently renovated ground floor unit which was more than big enough for our family of 5. Big, comfy bedrooms. Kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed, with grills around the property that we used several times for making meals. Access to the large pools at the Outrigger Resort next door and right on the beach. Short driving distances to a 2 different towns with safe beaches to play at and hangout. All in all, fantastic place for a family to vacation. Just watch out for the chickens.

I liked the access to the Outrigger pools and hot tubs next door. I liked that it is on the beach. I love the lagoons. The buildings and our unit are run down but I loved the size of our unit. Our beds were very comfortable. I love thst there is a share shack and we could borrow games and puzzles etc. I also like that it is very close to Lihue airport but not right in Lihue. A great central island location

Beautiful grounds/ spectacular beach. Access to 2 pools. Unit was very comfortable with all the amenities you would need, including washer/dryer in unit, and cooler provided. Good- sized lanai with table and chairs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you🌴

Very bright and roomy.

The room was excellent. We did not use the pool, hot tubs, or beach, so can't comment on that. As with all resorts in the area, it can be difficult turning left onto the main highway during the busy times of the day. The concierge seemed more interested in selling excursion packages that she was interested in than we were.

A great vacation!

KBV was a great choice for our 15 night stay in Kauai. We were in B1 which was far from the ocean, but close to the pool. We enjoyed the Copoertone soaps, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner. We got towels replaced halfway through each week, plus we got a ful cleaning at the end of week 1. Requests for more towels, Kleenex, toilet paper were cheerfully provided. There was a cooler provided to take drinks etc to the beach and the ice maker in the fridge was very efficient. There was a room outside the office where you could borrow boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas etc. They have books, movies and board games you can borrow. It was a quiet resort with a small, but never crowded pool where we could always find chairs. There was no construction going on. The washer and dryer came in handy. KBV provided all the laundry and dishwasher soap. There was ample free parking. The beach was lovely to walk on, but not to swim. There was no hard sell to attend their Princeville Timeshare presentation. The resort grounds are kept in great shape. The many roosters didn’t bother us much. The A/C worked great but we’re only in the bedrooms. Luckily there was usually a nice breeze blowing through the patio screens. Lovely, spacious villas!

Overall good experience

Pool was small but nice, concierge could have explained better about the event discount when attending the timeshare talk, front desk staff were great. Room was spacious and clean. Would not do the Luau again, it was very touristy and not at all authentic. When check out is 10am and flight doesn't leave until 11pm there should be a central place you can hang out inside when its raining.

Well located on Kauai

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room is spacious, well equipped and maintained. Excellent location to reach all parts of Kauai for various activities. They have beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow for a day but not enough of them. You have to get them early in the morning or they are all gone.
