Excellent location close to the MRT (Blue Line). A bakery is next door. Across the road are some nice food stalls. There are some big stores like Zara and Adidas (which we did not visit.) The decor is outdated, the corridors don't smell good. The bathrooms are a basic ok but the low ceiling over the bathtub will be awkward for 6 footers. Their beds get top marks with firm mattresses and no middle sag. Coffee / tea bags are provided in the rooms. Staff are very courteous and friendly.

The location was excellent close to everything for shopping, eating and transportation. They have a restaurant and a breakfast buffet in the hotel. We didn't take the breakfast options and it was more convenient to try the local foods and there is McDonalds for a change. Ha!Ha! The economy rooms all have bathtubs which we didn't know because it was specified in their advertisements. Would have preferred a shower standing stall but due to the rooms were all sold out. The staff were excellent and thet greet you at the main entrance and open the door for you and take you to the elevator and select the floor for you. Great service. The maids that clean the hallways and bedrooms are always cleaning.

The hotel staff is so police and helpful.

My expericence is that there are so many speaking mandarine customers impolice and not other people out of the elevrator and go into. Expediqllly in the morning breakfeast time, they are not queue in line to take the food. The captin of the breakfast resturant arranged the foreigners (spoken English people ) to sit two person on the four person table.After the two foeigners left and then arrange tow other new couple forigners to sit the four person table. My husband and I or other Asian two persons all sit at two person table. I saw this hapen in all the morning breakfast time. Only on the Sept 28 , 2017 I saw. Afterward the two days from Sept 29 , 2017 to Sept 30, 2017, one captin on duty that she is very nice and police and no discrimation happen. I am so dislike during the breakfast period.

Old, worn, not clean, breakfast not good as described. Gym has only one treadmill and have to line up. Overall just a joke. Think below 2 stars level. Will never stay in it again.

Nice hotel with large rooms in a good part of town

We stayed in a family quadruple room which was essentially a large room with two queen beds. As other have mentioned, the hotel is older with some of the furniture showing its age but its still nice. The staff was welcoming and attentive and the location was great.
