All inclusive with free parking and free laundry. Would have been nice if the last shuttle service to and from Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann ran a little later until 5:00pm or 6:00pm.

The customer service was exemplary, especially from the front desk staff, Nuryny and Sara, and the Operations Manager, Fiona. Although there was initially a problem with the room assignment upon check in, in that some special needs communicated with the booking were somehow overlooked, this was corrected the next day and a special treat was kindly arranged for us to compensate, considering that we were returning to Singapore (our previous home) after 30 years to enjoy our 25th wedding anniversary.

Excellent spot. Beautiful building well maintained and well laid out floor plan. Did not have the apartment checked before our arrival. Dishes and glasses were either missing or inadequate numbers or mismatched. Same with cutlery. No dishwasher. No phone- when reported, finally got one the night before we left- stayed for 4 days. Although advertising as will help arrange shuttle to airport the staff were not helpful and really clueless.

Let’s start with the positive, the staff was friendly and helpful, the suite is large with a small kitchen so we can make a snack, there is a large pool and the property is centrally located with a courtesy shuttle. However, the property is quite old and dated with many worn items in the suite. In fact there were loose exposed low voltage wires at at least 2 locations. The decor, condition and amenities simply are not befitting of the Shangri-La brand. Next time we will stay at the hotel for sure.

Great for fsmilies

Quiet but convenient location. Staff are great and rooms spacious. The bed is comfortable, but pillows too soft, thru did provide a foam pillow in the cupboard, but I didn't find it till last night. The Shangri la next door service in the Linf for meals and breakfast needs vast improvement.

Upside, localtion was great withready access to Orchard road. Room size was great with loads of space forntwo adults and child. Pool was also clean and spacious foe all users. Downside reception wasn't a consierge service more administrative so they were not knowledgeable about for eg fireworks for nye. I would recommend for families

My young daughter and I chose this property as it promoted a family friendly environment. The property absolutely delivered. The apartment offered the room to relax after a busy day of exploring. The staff were attentive and spoilt my daughter with lollies in the lobby. I felt very safe at the property. The pools were amazing. Once again i do have to mention the amazing staff, their hospitality made our stay in Singapore an overall amazing experience ❤️

We were greeted by the very efficient and friendly Nathalie with refreshments and then taken to the 1 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and milk, butter,juice and eggs in the fridge and cereals. Nathalie made a point when on reception to speak and check everything ok, any help we might require and with her colleagues was an asset. It was a short walk to the bus stops and then the MRT and if you need a supermarket visit the ground floor at Cold Sorage at Claymore Connect just near the bus stops, as having a good size fridge, freezer in the kitchen was such a bonus We found the free washer, dryers useful and plenty of towels available for the beautiful pool. We did not use the Hotel facilities so can’t comment. There was very little noise from ongoing works, and did not impact on our trip. We had a late flight and Nathalie offered a free late check out and a tip is to check if you can use the early check in @ L1 in Jewel

Property is in a nice area and well kept. Can use hotel gym and pool which is a nice benefit. Laundry on site and free coffee offered daily, both are perks we used and liked. The main con is that the property is beginning to look dated and some of the kitchen utensils need to be replaced. For example, we had knives that were so dull they wouldn’t cut anything.
