Nice Place

Great one bedroom suite. Good location. Nice kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Close to shopping . The only thing missing (in my opinion) is a washer and dryer in the suite .

Great little Condo

Had a great stay. Room was clean and spacious. Loved having the balcony. Very conveniently located close to seaworld and the highway. Will definitely consider returning my next trip to Florida.

When we first arrived everything seemed fine...staff were great and the food was good. But when we got up on the 25th the day we were checking out we found cockroaches in the kitchenette sink. I captured one and took it to the front desk and reported it to the young staff member and asked him to have his manager email me regarding this. That was ten days ago with no response thus this review.

We bought donuts and had them on the counter. We went out for a walk around the condominium came back and the donuts were covered in tiny sugar ants. They were not only on the donuts but on the counter and all up the wall and climbing into the kitchen cupboards. They were very disgusting. Tried to call the office from the room and the phone didn’t work. Walked to the office to complain. The manager says “ what do you want me to do ?” Meanwhile back in our room they sent a fumigator to start spraying while my kids were in the room.!!!! We demanded to move into another room and we packed up all our suitcases and had to physically walk all of the suitcases to another condominium across the way with no help from the staff after they said they would help. Staff not at all helpful or kind. Just ignorant. Just so shocked at this place NOT IMPRESSED DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE !
