Beautiful suite with a garden however be prepared for stairs. It was clean and sufficient with a small kitchen in a great location. Had to wait almost an hour upon arrival as our room was not cleaned which should have given a discount for in my opinion. We did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful!

Excellent accommodation and location cannot be beat. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The large room was airy and bright, with all one would need in the kitchen area. Bed and linens heaven. Loved being on the main level, with easy access coming in and out. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Fantastic location and great place to eat nearby. Castle view superbe from street, reception very friendly and accommodating they kept our luggage in early morning arrival and even brought them to the room prior to our check in. This was very much appreciated. Downside cleanliness of coaches have stains, bathroom baseboards full of dust. Windows are not sound proof this means all noises from street /night kids screaming and partying nearby can disrupt a peaceful Overall ok

Lovely apartment in a terrific location. Spotless. Friendly staff. My only complaint: they don't warn that there's no elevator. Had I been travelling with my elderly mother, this would have been a very bad surprise.

Great central downtown location

We were only in Edinburgh for a short stay so the location was key. We were on the ground floor with a shared courtyard which was cute until another guest in the courtyard decided to peer into our window. It would be nice if there were room safes but otherwise it was clean, quiet and nicely appointed.

Location

Really can't beat location of hotel for shopping and castle visit. We did have an issue accessing the keypad late at night to enter the hotel, but we did eventually get in. Other than that one issue, we have absolutely no complaints about this Hotel...we would definitely recommend to others. We were out for the day and ended up at far end of Royal Mile and decided to take a taxi back to hotel and it was very reasonable...5 pounds I believe...so location is amazing and close to everything!

Fabulous Accommodations!!

This is a fabulous find all around. Apartments are gorgeous, and extremely well equipped. Wonderful bed, best shower in Scotland, and beautiful kitchenette with very modern appliances (even a dishwasher!). This is incredible for the price, and superbly located right in the centre of shopping areas in New Town. Can't say enough about this extraordinary property!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Great spacious, studio apartment with a king size bed in a wonderful location in the new town. Easy walking access to public transportation, local shopping, restaurants, night life, castle, museums, etc. There was some noise from bar next door the first night until about 11:00 pm and then silent and we never noticed any noise any other nights. Would stay there again.
