This hotel is quite convenient and close to Frankfurt Central Station. This is also perfect for family. You can request connecting rooms for a family of 4 or more. Unfortunately our reservations were screwed up. The front desk thought our assigned rooms were connecting to each other however they were not and in two separate sides of the hotel even though the room numbers are in numerical order. We needed to request to switch room next to the other room but it turned out to be a smaller room. Other than this, the rooms come with all appliances you may need, washer, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and dishwasher.

Our flight was rerouted to another city. We had booked the hotel in advance for our family to stay for a few days. When we were informed of the flight change we contacted the hotel and tried to cancel. This was over a month before the planned stay. We had hoped that because the flight change was not our plan or idea that we could reach an agreement about a partial reimbursement. The hotel staff decided not to. It was frustrating and disappointing, it was a lot of money for our family and we certainly will not be booking here ever again. Hotels.com did speak to the staff at Adina on our behalf, but the decision was made against us. When we tried to contact Adina staff ourselves they refused to speak to us. The customer service team for Hotels.com was kind and understood our predicament, I was grateful for their help in what was a very stressful situation.

When I asked if they could move me from the first floor to another floor they told me that wasn't possible due to the grade of the room. The location of the room was near the elevators, which wasn't necessarily a problem, but there was a noise outside of the room that sounded like someone trying to enter my room with a card key, which kept me up at night. Second, the cell phone and network reception in the room was poor. I had to go to the lobby to get any reception.

Nice apart hotel in Frankfurt. Comfy spacious rooms with real king size beds. Like most German hotels the air conditioning is limited down to 21 Celsius and it has trouble achieving that. Best is 23 to 24 so it can be a little too hot at night and you have to open all the windows.

Very accommodating for our family. We really appreciated the support from the hotel setting up cribs & bedding for our 6m & 3 year olds. Having the grocery store beside the hotel was a bonus.

The hotel is convenient to transportation and the shopping mall. The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the dishwasher in our room was broken and it took 4days to get it repaired which we would have understood if there was communication from the front desk, there was one front desk employee who was incredibly rude to us. We also were disappointed that we were given a room 2 doors down from a room which was being totally renovated, did not appreciate listening to the construction noise. The hotel has no dining except for breakfast and the area lacks descent restaurants.

Short Stop

The staff are very welcoming. The mall was a short 3min walk which also had a grocery store inside. The hop on hop off bus was located with a 5min walk. Very relaxing stay after 3 weeks of hustle and bustle throughout Germany.
