We had an amazing stay at Chiado Sq. Starting from the amazing communication, where they were always available to answer questions, to the quick and smooth checkin even though we arrived hours before the actual checkin time. They stored our luggage and did their best to get us in the apartment earlier. The apartment was spotless! They even left little welcome toys for the kids. There was everything you could possibly need there. The living room is facing the street so a bit louder but the bedrooms were quiet. Overall it exceeded all expectations and the hosts are truly awesome! Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was centrally located and very spacious. It was well stocked and had an incredible amount of storage. My only complaint was the washing machine/dryer combination. It didn’t work well when it actually worked. Other than that I would happily stay here again with my family.

The only best hotel/appt from the double digits 4- star hotels we booked and stayed for our two-week trip in Spain and Portugal. ! The unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the bedrooms have very good sound proofing and not facing streets so u won’t hear any noises from the streets. From coffee makers to wine opener the host has taken into consideration of every tiny details. A washer with dryer is in the unit and a full sized fridge. If I have to complain something it is the online version of user manual for the washer/dryer. I cannot find out how to cancel delayed start feature because I accidentally selected it by mistake. It would be nice to include those in the online version user manual and same for the stove/microwave. The water of shower is hot and strong which is not always available in European hotels. And the unit is spacious. The host is very kind and friendly they were waiting for us in the lobby when we have so many uncertainties of our arrival schedule. Honestly I would rate a 6 of 5 if I can. We were also offered a bottle of wine as a vip and it tastes really great!!! Thanks and we will book again when we are in Lisbon in future!

The apartment was very well located. Tons of restaurants and big part of what you need to see in Lisbon at a walking distance. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Kitchen, good rooms and perfectly clean. Decoration was beautiful as well. No issues at all and for sure we will go back to the same place if back in Lisbon.

From the moment I booked, the manager was very responsive to any questions I had. She met us early to drop our bags on short notice. The apartment is gorgeous and had water, coffee, fruit, a fully equipped kitchen and all soaps for the dishwasher and washing machine for us. The location is right near tram E28 and a huge selection of shops and dining and everything was walkable. I loved our stay and would recommend it highly.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well-maintained. The location is very central and right next to the Metro. Easy check in as the communication was well done. The bottle of wine and fruits were a nice touch.

The apartment is awesome, neat, has all amenities. Location is great. What is not nice: 1. There is no proper check in/front desk. Managers are not on site and one has to call them to let one inside the building at check in. In our case we had to wait outside 5-10 minutes for the manager to arrive. 2. There is no front desk, we had to stand in a narrow corridor to complete check in formalities. 3. The managers are sticklers for check-in timings. We were there at 1240 PM but he did not allow us to move into the apartment, although it was ready. His reason its not ready and check in time is not before 3 PM. He could see we were tired from travelling and that we are an old couple. I had also sent in an early check in request weeks before our arrival. However 3 PM check-in time was written in stone for him. We were finally allowed to move in at 240 PM. Not being able to accommodate guests when the hotel can do so and doesn't cost them at all-talks a lot about the hotel's customer service.

Perfect location! The car garage was a couple blocks away but there is space infront to load and unload. Very clean, really nice place. Everything you need is there. Would book it again on my next trip to Lisbon. Really happy.

Great location. All the restaurants we wanted to try were within walking distance. The square outside the apartment is very lively. It can be loud, but we didn't find it to be a bother. Free water bottles were provided, thank you very much for that. Would recommend if you're looking for something really central and at a great price.

Boutique hotel in an apartment

This apartment offers multiple great factors- location, convenience, ambience, comfort, services and luxury. This apartment is located right next to McDonald and within 5 minutes walk to all the shopping. Subway is right in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is like a boutique hotel in an apartment format. The setup and the ambience in the apartment is luxurious. We travel as family with a toddler who enjoys the apartment very much. I highly recommend this apartment to a couple, friends or a small family.
