Good location. Central Hamburg. Good room for the price. Washer/dryer/small kitchen/pool/sauna/weight room. What more could you want? Service was a little spotty with the check in lady looking frazzled and indifferent but not bad.

Nice hotel, but hard beds

Very nice hotel with great location and friendly staff. Only downside was very hard beds. My husband got back pain after two nights. Especially the sofa bed was rock hard, and the duvet for the sofa bed was just a folded wool blanket in a sheet. I would have expected a duvet like the one on the master bed.

Great hotel for extended stay…

We booked a large, one bedroom apartment for a combination business trip and family get away. Great location, really friendly staff, small kitchen but absolutely useable. The washing machine in unit is beyond tiny but still very useful.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und dadurch ideal für Stadtbesichtigungen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, was definitiv positiv hervorzuheben ist. Leider gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Die Parkgebühren von 40€ pro Tag sind hoch, was besonders für Gäste mit Auto ein erheblicher Kostenfaktor ist. Das Zimmer war für unsere dreiköpfige Familie nicht optimal gestaltet und sehr unbequem. Besonders die Schlafqualität war mangelhaft: Die Matratze im Doppelbett übertrug jede Bewegung, wodurch erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Unser 10-jähriges Kind musste auf einer harten, unbequemen Couch schlafen. Im Vergleich dazu war unser Aufenthalt im Adina Hotel in Düsseldorf deutlich komfortabler. Positiv: - Zentrale Lage - Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal Negativ: - Sehr hohe Parkgebühren (40€/Tag) - Zimmer nicht ideal für Familien - Unbequeme Matratze im Doppelbett - Harte, unkomfortable Schlafcouch für Kind Fazit: Trotz der guten Lage und des freundlichen Personals können wir das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Die mangelhafte Schlafqualität und die Gesamtatmosphäre haben uns nicht überzeugt, und wir würden für einen weiteren Aufenthalt eine andere Unterkunft wählen.
