This resort was OK overall. After visiting other resorts nearby I realized that this one is definitely much more basic and less “resorty” than most. This was more of a living complex than a vacation style resort. The pool was basic, rooms were simple, and grounds didn’t have too much going on. I’d probably stay somewhere more exciting next time

It is very good location. But!!!! Attention to visitors!!! Cockroaches everywhere! Big, small! While you cut bread or fruits they get to the cutting board! We feel terrible there! Left the note at 5pm, because no one was already at the reception and no response on that. We were afraid to bring them home with our clothes. At the checkout I just heard “sorry, I will let know our cleaning lady” Cleaning lady? Really? The whole resort need to be closed for few weeks and do pest control 24/7 everywhere!

Great view of the ocean from our room, easy access to Napili Beach and within walking distance to Kapalua Beach. Great snorkeling! Property did not was quiet and did not seem busy. Property and room was very clean. Front desk could use a little bit more Aloha.

The property was really nice and well maintained. We had a room with a kitchen which was very nice. Full kitchen and fully stocked. Our issue was the walls were very thin between the rooms. We could hear their alarm go off in the morning, one morning they chatted with someone on speaker phone and we could hear everything the person on speaker was saying. We also had ants in our room which was warned about, and they did come spray but we ended up taping the grout where they were coming in so the counter was covered in them.

The resort itself was good, but we were assigned a room next to a room undergoing renovations at right hand side with contractor started to work loudly at 8am, and with a neighbour room at left hand side having a baby started crying at 6am every morning during our stay. We tried to ask front desk to switch a room but they always found reasons not to do it....so we ended up with suffering of bad sleeping quality for all 3 nights. Will definitely not coming back to the resort with poor quality of service!

We had a fantastic stay! The room was surprisingly pest-free, save for a few fruit flies, which was impressive considering the location. The furniture, though a bit older, was clean and well-maintained. Beach was a few steps away too! With a shop to rent beach/snorkeling equipment right next to the main building. The peaceful atmosphere was a plus, with enforced quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and no noisy children around. The only minor issue was the unconventional operating hours. At one point, we were unable to get beach towels, and on our arrival at 5pm, the main desk attendant had already left, though check-in starts at 3pm. We received a temporary door code and had to complete our official check-in the next day. The timing was slightly inconvenient, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Best beach in front of resort and self parking is available. No hidden fees at all. No house keeping but it was ok to get new towels and beach towels at front desk. However, they asked us to do clean trash bins and recycling due to COVID. I felt Covid is just excuses. Other than that, service, location and rooms are very clean, quite and spacious. Do not excuse COVID for everything….

This is a nice condo style hotel. The room was well equipped with most of the things you would need in kitchen utensils. Air conditioning worked well at night for sleeping. Our unit was a little dated looking and the mattress was worn and should be replaced. We had issues checking in late as front desk isn't open after 5. Security sent us to the wrong room. Then when we got to the right room the key didn't work. Security did open the room & helped with luggage. Next morning we got checked in and got a working key. Be prepared to do all housekeeping during your stay including changing linens, towels and taking out garbage. Great spot for families with room for kids to run around. Depending on what you want to do this location is at the north end of the island. We always had to drive quite a bit to go to attractions and shopping. It is quieter at this end then other spots.

Nice place.

Nice place, a bit out dated. If you are planning a trip where you stay on site this is a good place. We like to walk a lot so this was not a good place for us. The beach is nice but small and to walk off site, there are no walking paths or sidewalks leaving the property, just some narrow roads to walk on.
