Along with a full-service spa, this smoke-free aparthotel has an indoor pool and a fitness centre. WiFi in public areas is free. Additionally, a rooftop terrace, a 24-hour business centre and a coffee shop/cafe are on-site. Each apartment boasts a fireplace and a heated floor, while also featuring comforts such as a pillowtop bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. Guests will find a kitchen with a fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher. Change of towels is available on request.
The Parkside Hotel & Spa offers 126 accommodations with fireplaces and all-in-one washer/dryers. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. I have stayed here multiple times. Someone left an alarm on which was not check in the room and it woke me up at 5:20am. I asked them to fix it but I ended up unpluging it. Rooms are not always super clean.

The Parkside is top notch! The lobby is stunning with a beautiful fireplace and fish ponds and lots of seating. It’s very inviting. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite this time and it was perfect. It was large, well equipped, modern and had a beautiful soaker tub and 2 fireplaces. The hotel staff are amazing and so nice and friendly. You are in the heart of Victoria but it’s very quiet. We enjoy all our stays here!

This was honestly one of the best hotel stays I have EVER had. The staff were so kind and accommodating, specifically Sasha at the front desk. The staff remembered our names and our room number making us feel so important. The room was incredible. Clean, comfy bed, massive tub and beautiful views all around. We have booked our wedding at this location and CAN’T WAIT! Thank you very much for having us and taking such good care of us.
