Awesome overall, couch was a bit uncomfortable however I’ve never found any hotel couch worldwide to be comfortable. Great view, great location super nice staff, all in all a great experience and will be going back

Treasure Island 2020

The two bedroom condo was great! It was overlooking the bay so we could watch the boats, kayaks & we even seen a couple of dolphins from our outdoor balcony. We would definitely return. Anna our receptionist was excellent! The recommendations for restaurants were greatly appreciated & they were all impressive especially the upscale one’s that we dined.

This is a brand new condo/hotel. Checkin was great. Staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Everything is brand new here. You literally can't get any closer to the gulf than this. Pool was nice, hot tub has plenty of power. Brand new Samsung TVs in every room. Way more spacious than a hotel room. And it's down the street from all the party animals that hang out at Bilmar and Thunderbird. Just a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

The view is gorgeous and the suite was spacious, which would have caused me to give a higher rating, except I'm allergic to dogs and this is a pet friendly hotel. I do not have allergic reactions in clean places, however, 10 minutes in bed and my throat and eyes swelled up. I also found a dog toy in the closet which l suspect means a dog recently stayed in the room and it was not thoroughly cleaned between guests. When I asked if there was anything that could be done, I was told hotel was fully booked and I could not be moved. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to change the sheets myself and maybe that would help. Other negatives include low quality soap, shampoo and coffee and chipped dishes. That said, there were plenty of other dishes and cooking utensils to use.

The place was nice for the price…the beds were not great, but not horrible. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and there’s a balcony with a view. The pull out couch was not comfortable, but my son slept on that. Overall nice place and area!

This is our 3rd stay at this property. We love the location. We stay on the Gulf side and the view is spectacular. The units feel clean, airy and modern. I had minimal contact with staff but checkin and out was smooth

Check in is on the second floor and is very easy. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Condo and room was very clean. Our room faced the marina. Close to Johns Pass for shopping. Beach is across the street and Publix is just down the road.

Best staycation location!

We were greeted by two lovely women who were more than happy to welcome us! The room was amazing!! Everything you could ask for in a suite. Beds were very comfortable and spacious. Very peaceful to wake up to the intercostal with dolphins and the sun rising. I will definitely be coming back as this was the perfect night away from it all. AMAZING!! 205E was the best room!

The unit was not clean. The sofa was soiled and smelled like fetes, floors and restroom were not clean. We have stayed here several times and it seems to be headed in the wrong direction. These issues have nothing to do with the recent hurricanes. The pools/hot tubs were not operational, which is fine considering the recent events. However it was not disclosed at the time of booking.
