Amazing views and grounds - upgrades needed!

We have stayed at the hotel several times in the past, so we were looking forward to returning. The grounds and facilities held the same appeal, but you could see where things are sliding, big time. The common areas of the rooms were very dirty, things left in the halls all day and night, and broken tiles all around the pools. The pools themselves were murky and dirty and the lounge chairs need a serious upgrade. While the room was a bit dated, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I hope that the hotel considers tending to the tired areas as the property, views, and character are amazing.

The experience at the Hilton Grand Vacations At the Crane was amazing! The room was absolutely perfect. Having a kitchen, a pool and a large living room made it feel like home in the Caribbean! Can’t wait to go back!
