This was the perfect place to stay for Ironman Arizona. The full sized fridge was nice as well as the hot tub! Getting the keys was a bit confusing but easy once really reading the information in detail. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but other than that clean property, nice location and great town!

Great property with an outdoor terrace patio that offers beautiful views and fire pits. Would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect if you want to be in the action in downtown Tempe

Dwelling is nearby many entertaining options with great nearby attractions. Staff addressed a filthy carpet situation adequately. Make sure you keep a phone with you as the fobs can fail miserably. Locked out once and locked in stairwell once as well. Lucky I had my phone.

Large apartment with great amenities. Pool area, gym, games rooms, patio deck. New. Large kitchen, bathroom etc. The only issue we had was we didn’t receive the actual lock box number and we thought the access code was our lock box number. Confusing. Our floor smelled ‘weedy’ at times and the hyda-bed sheet was or seemed dirty.

We liked the apartment and the building, especially being so close to Whole Foods. The only negative about the apartment was the pullout bed, which had some broken springs and supports. While not the Sonder's responsibility, the parkade entrance is quite narrow and you have to be really careful in order to avoid scraping either the column or the parkade wall.

This is such a great location to the Phoenix airport and ASU, Tempe Town Lake and a short drive to Scottsdale. A real bonus is the Whole Foods on the main floor of the building and Cartel Coffee in the next block. We enjoy our stay here every time we visit the area.

I we very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. We also looked directly out to a parkade, that lead to zero privacy, because cars were parked RIGHT in front of us, with their lights shining directly into our room. Plus the carpet was full of stains, as well as the rug looked as though it had feces on it. It was also an extremely dark, with no ceiling lights in living space/bedroom. It was also quite difficult to check in/find the lock box with the fobs. Plus there was no option to have a second fob, therefore, not allowing ANY of the tenants to separate. We did like that the Whole Foods was directly below us.

Great location, nice apartment with good view! We liked it very much. One thing that would be helpful would be to be able to use the elevator up from the lobby, if you access by foot. Otherwise you have to go through either the loading dock or Whole Foods or the parking level, as the fob doesn't work to the elevator from the lobby.

Amazing amenities! There are numerous lounge and work areas throughout the building that you’ll have access to, so it’s great for work from home and would also be great if booking a few rooms as a group. The pool is clean and really nice, although it’s kept cold. We’re excited to stay here again on our next trip to Phoenix!

Overall this is a great place to stay if you are into the city vibe. Grocery store directly below the units so you don’t even need to exit the building. A lot of walkable shops and places to eat within minutes. The light rail is a 5 minute walk if you need to go to the airport or down town to a Suns game. There was a few negative issues about this specific unit but I believe these to be minor. There was no TV reception but fortunately we have Netflix. The wall plug next to the table did not work and we had to set up my wife’s work station next to the TV. Every morning around 6am there was some sort of repetitive banging that would start that echoed through the concrete structure. I do need to add that our unit was overlooking Ash street and the firehall is on the adjacent side of the street the next building over so if you’re a light sleeper like my wife this may not be the place for you. As I said, I have no issues with Sonder or it’s location and would definitely stay there again.

Nice Hotel in an area with lots of Restaurants and Bars. Being on a very busy street and a Fire Hall down the street, constant noise and sirens all day and night. There is a Circle K convenient store across the street, VERY SKETCHY crowd hanging there selling drugs and looking for trouble, don't go there alone at night. Gym and Pool are great, overall a good hotel.

Everything and clean and easy to access. Full fridge with options for ice and cold water was nice to have. No cable. Your reliant on accessing entertainment from your own devices and using Chrome cast to tv. Once we under stood the chromecasting to to the tv from our android phones though this was a simple feature to use. I could see that this may be a problem for some if you dont use your own device for watching tv or movies. That might be better communicated to clients before booking. Otherwise it worked well for our stay.
