Great locaton! Well appointed room. Digital check-in worked well enough however bagage storage was supposed to be available at 8am. Staff didn't arrive until 8:30am and the digital access code wasn't valid until 3pm. With no access to the lobby and at -4C this needs a rethink.

The common area as you enter the hotel is very dark and dull, almost depressing! The cleaners on some days did not even take out the trash or the recycle. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and the bed was not properly made up, just pulled together. We welcomed the ability to cook a breakfast and enjoyed having a kettle in the room where we could have a cup of tea whenever ! We would definitely stay again!

Fairly new property for short and long term stays. Our room was a decent size with lots of storage. all appliances were clean and in working condition. No tv in room is provided. There is a self check in and the front desk has limited hours and they aren't always available. The sauna is nice. The breakfast is not on site and you have to walk a block ( which is fine usually but in -20 weather, it was annoying. Also to note if you are staying for more than a day, We had the exact same breakfast served to us two days in a row).

The K market around the corner.. AVOID 🚫🚫🚫 Super expensive.. 3x the price for items. The hotel is very nice, but the bed is TERRIBLE! The bathroom is small if you’re a big person. Change the beds pls.
