A true appartment style hotel. Very clean with all basic amenities pool. Also walking distance to south miami beach action and beach and culture.

If you arrive late to you may have a long wait if no one is at the desk, the room keys are horrible, anything can demagnetize the card, we got our room to find broken floor tiles, broken countertop, the sink moves, half the dishes were dirty. Be prepared to have to go to the store and buy basic necessities unless you was to keep asking reception for garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. The laundry facilities are shared in a laundromat style room, you have to pay $5 to activate and then load the card and it’s $4 to wash and dry each load if the washer and dryer even work. This property has great potential but was a huge disappointment for us. I could go on but we don’t need to read a novel. We will not return and will definitely not recommend this property.

My room had no hot water except for the sink I advised front desk and there was no change. There was also a huge honeybee nest or something pretty much right outside my front door. I advised front desk again and they said something was being done about it but nothing was done about it so it was uncomfortable going in and out of my room.

Very run down and not clean. Front desk not friendly and several people coming back complaining about their accommodations size of room, two ladies promised a wheelchair accessible room and at the time of check in they were waiting 10 hours.

Property apartment was fine. Nothing special at all. There is no room service at all, if we needed anything we had to walk to the main building reception ourselves which was 3 buildings away, even late at night. No extra bedding was provided for the additional paid guest. Even to get any blanket at all we had to go to reception ourselves and they had no bedding for the sofa bed, just gave an extra blanket. They don’t come for cleaning the room everyday - they said they do housekeeping only once in 3 days which is absurd. There were only 3 towels for 3 people and the next day we had to call reception 4 times before someone came to drop 3 more towels. Property is not far from the beach so that’s a plus point and there was a parking lot behind the building with 35 $ per day parking so that was a plus point. But the overall experience was not very good.
