Weekly housekeeping is available.
Sand Dunes Resort offers 75 air-conditioned accommodations with washers/dryers and DVD players. Rooms open to furnished balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Select Comfort beds feature premium bedding. Lovely staff who let us check out late which was so helpful as we had a late flight and lots of luggage. Big apartment on the ground floor and well worth the extra money especially if you have children. Some shops and restaurants are walkable. Lovely large pools

Overall our stay was very enjoyable and the facilities available were excellent and the access available directly from our room to the pools and spa was fantastic and was enjoyed very much by our kids. The facilities appeared to be excellent and well maintained, will stay again.

Decided on a short winter break with our 2 young boys. Pool was heated and it also had a large spa. Apartment was a good size for the 4 of us and had a decent sized kitchen with washer and dryer. Enjoyable stay.

The staff was very cooperative. The location is close to the beach. The pool was fantastic. It had a spa as well which was a bonus. We would recommend if you want to have a resort like environment.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sand Dunes. This property is very neat and tidy. Love the pool and spa. Only thing that I didn’t like was it was abit too noisy at night. People were partying till late.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dunes Resort. The pool and view from the balcony were both fantastic and staff were friendly. The apartment was spacious and in fair condition but looked a bit unloved in some places with scuff marks and dents on the walls, nicks out of the bath tub and sinks not scrubbed throughly etc. Curiously neither of our bathrooms had a fan which meant the entire room got very misty. But otherwise a great place to stay and especially good for families with kids.

The setting was perfect for a fan of 3 who loves their big space. Note the mw oven is not working but this didn't have any impact on our stay Great heated pool and spa and we were lucky to have picky very few other people around

Sand Dune surprise

Sand Dunes Resort is located in fairly quiet part of Sunshine Coast away from the hustle and bustle. Great if you love planes as it so close to the airport. The pool is fabulous and close to the beach. We were disrupted by the painting of the property which was very obtrusive however once we complained we were compensated. I was also disappointed by cleaning - the upper floor wasn’t vacuumed and walls and doors need a good clean. Despite the negatives I would return.
