Excellent walkable location, with restaurants and cafes nearby. Comfortable bed, but a tiny bathroom. Roku tv gets some getting used to, but i was able to access my Netfix account.

This was our first stay here and won't be our last. We stayed for four nights during Grey Cup in Vancouver. We arrived several hours before the check in time and used the free luggage lockers. Had a top floor suite. Everything was perfect and spotless. The area is awesome, lots of unique restaurants and shops along Davie street with several open up to and past midnight or 24 hours. A Loblaws based grocery store and a Shoppers drug mart only a few steps away. Very walkable area. A max 2km walk from the Sonder will get you anywhere in the downtown area, including Stanley Park. The only downer thing I can think of would be the TV. It's a free Ruko based platform, with no real local news or programming, mostly a show series that plays 24 hours, but I wasn't there to watch TV. I had my phone and tablet to keep up on current events. The wifi is great, speeds of 100mbs and doesn't disconnect all the time like traditional hotels. The girl at the front desk with the strong ☘️Irish☘️ accent was delightful. Very friendly. Well done Sondar, 5 Stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Honestly an incredible stay. Although a majority of the time there is no front desk reception past a certain there are people there either way. Kind people. Great space. Def recommend it and am willing to go again!!!

Great spot, nice property. The only issue i had is around parking. I purchased on-site parking at the time of booking. When i arrived i was told there was no access to the parking due to construction taking place. It would have been helpful to have that information when i was booking. With no parking available, i was forced to choose between walking several blocks for parking, or, parking illegally on the street. Had i known, i would have chosen a different property. Nice hotel, though, with a great location. Improve communication and i may visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was available during the day, they were all extremely helpful and friendly. Lockers are available to store luggage. They have both small and large lockers for travellers. The area around the hotel is great for restaurants and bars. Do yourself a favour and check out Sunset Beach, Hook, and Breka Bakery. You are in a city so you will hear city noises, like sirens and the occasional loud person outside. If you want a quieter stay, request a room on the Burnaby Street side. We did not hear any interior hotel noise. Downloading the Sonder app and filling out our information before our stay made check-in easy. We would happily stay here again.

The property was conveniently located downtown. Accessible by foot to dining, drugstore and groceries. 5 mins walk to Sunset Beach area to access pathway along the shore. It takes you directly to Stanley Park. Property is well kept. Maintenance was being done on elevators during our stay but they were on top of their communications.
