All 14 individually decorated homes feature free WiFi and pillowtop beds. Guests will find kitchenettes with fridges, microwaves and dishwashers. Housekeeping is available on request.

Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views.

Our stay at the Dwellings was incredible. We loved everything—from the easy check-in process to the stunning location with breathtaking views and a super comfortable bed. Our unit had a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook, plus a full-size refrigerator. The spacious balcony, complete with a BBQ grill and cozy outdoor furniture, was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the amazing view. River Rock Roasting Cafe is walking distance which we loved. The food is pretty good especially their coffee!

Wish we could have stayed longer, but we loved our time at The Dwellings. The sunset view was spectacular. Everything was clean and neat and the location is perfect! Would definitely stay again if we make it back to southern Utah!
