It was conveniently located, the pool area was neat and tidy. The hot tub could have been hotter. The room was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen didn't have an egg flipper so we made scrambled eggs. But everything in the room work great. Always good to have two TV's, in the 1 bedroom suite.

The property is clean outside. Parking clean and safe. The room is clean and all bedding lining as well. The only downside, the furniture is old. However, all functional. I recommended for family with a small budget because is abordable. We stay there 8 days. I will give it a 3/5. The staffs are very kind, always available.

The hotel room has a weird smell, kind of like a chinese restaurant that was really strong. The pull out couch that we had to use as a bed was in really bad condition. Very budget stay for sure.

Friendly Staff but Outdated Hotel

This hotel would need some serious renovations, it is definitely not what we expected looking at the pictures. Everything seems to be VERY outdated: The elevator is very slow; carpets have a moldy smell; very basic futures in the rooms - one of our rooms seems to have an extra couch that should have been in other rooms. It blocked us from walking into our bedroom; the business center has two incredibly slow computers - it took me 30 mins to simply open my Gmail and print 4 pdfs, I'm still happy it worked. There was an issue with the reservation, we booked two 1-bedroom suites, upon arrival we were told that we get 1 suite only, the other would be just a regular room. After I pulled up my reservation, one of the front desk staff trying to get us another suite however it was fully booked for that night. They ended up refund $20 for the night and moved us to a suite the second day. On the bright side, staffs here are very friendly and helpful; basic breakfast is included and it changes every day. There are also free shuttles to the park but the schedule is not very good so we didn't end up taking it It is an ok hotel with the price, however, I would prefer other newer hotels.

We only stayed one night as a stopover before the airport the next morning. Good things were quick check-in, breakfast included, good price for a family suite (2 parents and 4 kids). My complaints are the musty smell of the Hotel, As well as no bedding on the pull out couch or available in the room. It seems as though they do not climate control the hallways or the rooms when they are not in use. In the climate that they have this leads to a very unpleasant musty smell. I would also expect that in a suite booked for 6 guests ,where the sleeping options are 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, that they would have bedding ready to go for the pullout. This was not the case, I went to the front desk to get it sent up. Almost half an hour later it had not arrived so I called down and then it showed up in a few minutes. However again it was only 3 sheets, no extra pillows or comforter.

We needed a 1 night room for 6 adults and were pleased with the suite we received with a nice separated sitting area and fully stocked kitchenette. Very affordable and would stay again.

This was the second time we stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first time . Free breakfast was great for the 5 days each day there was something different to eat . Staff was very helpful in anything you needed .
