We had a few problems: mattress could use a change, ice machine noise early in the morning (20 minutes straight, caused by the restaurant staff), and the valet parking - but we loved their pool area and beach so much, we needed to give it a five star rating. This place is one to remember

All was great, gym is a plus and pool is nice and clean. The only regret is that the restaurant located at the property has a very basic continental breakfast. For the price and type of place it has to be enhanced, with fresh pastries, and stop using the cheapest products in the market. That is the only regret regarding food. The other issue has to do with the beach chairs. They should be included with the hotel, and not rented for $18. usd.

Some suggestions

The main issue is the collection of biometric data after booking. That can be a deal breaker for many customers and has to be announced before booking. On the facilities side, the bathroom is very small and on top of that the door opens inside the bathroom taking even more space. The property has enough parking spaces but uses a valet service and I find that unnecessary. The private beach is small and it needs daily grooming. The location is excellent, the service was very good and we had a good time despite the inconveniences.

The staff are outstanding, friendly , helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable but could use a bit of updating,towels were shabby and beach area and lawn could use some uplifting. That being said it is a fine place to stay on the beach offered at a very reasonable price

The property is very nice but basic, if you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you however if you are looking for a nice quiet, clean place this is for you - right on a private beach- my only complaints are this - you cannot eat your own food ANYWHERE outdoors except on your balcony if you have one. Not at the tables outside, not at the pool and not even on the beach because the restaurant controls all these areas and the restaurant apparently does not belong to the hotel. Frankly we found this completely unreasonable - other thing is there is zero sun at the pool area after 1pm - that said - the lobby staff and the valet Teams are absolutely beyond exceptional - I cannot say enough about everyone at the property - absolutely wonderful - the app is amazing - response time is literally in minutes for anything you need - you do need a car because the hotel is not in a shopping area nor within walking distance of any convenience stores - there is no available parking anywhere so valet is required at 25.00 per day but since the hotel is so well priced, we don’t mind the cost of the valet parking - all in all highly recommended
