Although an extended stay hotel there was no ice, (empty trays in the room) and no ice machine. There were no plates , glasses or any other kitchen type items in the room. Although the flyer in the room said they would deliver items to the room, they did not deliver due to lack of staff.

What did they use on the toilet seat?

I used the bathroom after checking in. I felt something sticky at the back of my thighs when I stood up. A few minutes after, I felt an itch developing at the back of my right thigh on the area that touched the seat. I took a shower and rubbed myself well with soap and water. Two days later my skin continues to itch and my left thigh is also affected. The rashes have spread and I feel a slight burning. I have used calamine lotion and there has been no improvement. I may need to see the doctor if the condition gets worse. I have no complaints about the room itself but what toxic cleaner did they use? This is bad!

Traffic noise intense/stay on mall side of buildin

It was functional/ price was good! That is about all I have to say about it. No more else to say. Other than there was some very good restaurants in the vicinity like the Parkside grill. Staff was excellent & food good at a good price.

Cheap Breakfast but Nice staff

The add did say that there was à continental Breakfast but there was only coffee with coffeemate, prepackaged muffins and granola bars, but the staff was vey Nice to us.

Disappointing!

when we put the address into our GPS, it took us to a Car deleaship. We backtracked & found a very small sign behind a bush saying Extended stay. Which I understood was suppose to be America's little Inn Extended stay. Now we're getting booked in, confusion over whether the room is vacant or not. When arriving to the room, I discovered it hadn't been cleaned yet. The maid did come right away to clean. Also the TV didn't work. Room was very noisy from traffic outside & paper thin walls. Definitely wouldn't trust the hotel name again.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was so kind and excellent. I'm here for a medical emergency for my daughter and they were above and beyond kind. I really appreciate them. It's a very nice hotel.

Very disappointing stay given the price point. Very basic, old motel. Main complaint is the noise from the freeway was unbelievably loud. It literally sounded like we were directly next to the road.

Facility was older and worn. VERY limited breakfast, really nothing much, should not be advertised. Packaged stale muffins. Noisy party in parking lot after dark was annoying.

Was pretty good. No major complaints. Affordable room, and the night audit was extremely nice. Room seemed pretty clean especially in comparison to other extended stays I have been to. I would most likely come back

No amenities in the room, not even a coffee pot. Shower would not drain, so you stood in dirty water. AN hour later, water still there. We are dog people, but our room stunk of wet dog from previous stay. Would not recommend
