After check this place out, it is not a safe place to stay. We end up choosing to leave the place, and did not stay the night.

The room wasn’t very clean. The property is right beside the freeway so there was alot of traffic noise. Nothing was within walking distance but restaurants, shopping and entertainment were a short drive away.

Booked what was advertised as a corner penthouse, turned out to be 2nd of 3 floor corner room. Which was better as no elevator so only to walk up 1flight of stairs. Initially room seemed good, until had to wash the cockroach done the tub drain, and tv remote that was missing the back didn’t. Work on either device in the room. Was only staying the one night so suited that. Not sure if things could have been resolved if longer stay. Guess will see as we are staying again 1 night before flying out.

Didn’t arrive until midnight, but the place was easy to find and was easy to do late check in. The room is nice and big and has a spacious living area in the room. Only thing to complain is the mini oven was broken and the bathtub is a bit dated.

When we got there the garbage was not taken out and there was a dirty diaper in there that made the suite smell. When i texted them they told me somwone would be there in the morning to deal with it. We did not want it to smell all night so my husband took it out. We then discovered there was no blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa we were using. Again we were told someone would be there in the morning to handle it. No one came by. We stayed in the suite til 11 waiting for someone as the office opened at 9. I asked the cleaners finally for an extra blanket and an extra pillow.

Alrhough the staff is trying their best, and the facilty is fine, it quickly became clear that the property is very poorly managed. There was a towel shortage!!?? Our room was advertised as "sleeps 5" with only 2 beds. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub comparing notes with the other unsatisfied guests. We were offered a refund, but it was superbusy in town, so we ended up staying despite. I felt bad for the staff who seemed to know they are on a sinking ship. I truly hope the owner/manager can get some better supplies and leadership in there.

Loved the apartment it had everything I needed a kettle would have been nice as I am a tea drinker put the coffee machine was great bed was very comfortable and having Netflix setup for guest to use was amazing location was good easy to get around the only disappointment was the pool very small and only two sun beds if ever I visit Phoenix again I will definitely stay again

I hate to give bad reviews but this was filthy when I arrive. My hallway/bedroom smelled like dog urine, my walls had left over food spatters all over them. Cabinets were dirty, fridge had food residue on it, mirror were dirty, bed still had hair on it from previous clients, bathtub had a dark ring around it, & stove still had grease residue on the walls! I got moved into a new room but not till 1:30pm the next day! The only good thing about the place were the employees because they were nice & very understanding. 2

It was okay short term. The Bathtub was dirty and cracked with built up dirt in it, neighbors arguing and slamming doors, walls are very thin you can hear EVERYTHING. What was good about the property was security doing rounds and the units come with necessary equipment such as stocked kitchen and a full size fridge.
