We have stayed at the Monte Carlo several times over the years. The property overall is beautiful and right on the beach with a Publix grocery store a short walk away. The units are individually owned and this is where the big difference comes in. The one we stayed at this time was owned by Miami Vacations. It was spacious and had nice partial ocean views. However, there was black mold in the shower, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable with a hard bar running down the middle and there were not enough supplies for our stay. For example no dish towels are provided, just one small single ply roll of paper towel for a 10 day stay. The supplies were so minimal it seemed they don’t expect you to use the kitchen or the bathroom and you are responsible for your own replenishments. The part that bothered me the most was we requested additional bedding and pillows on our first night to try and make the sofa bed more comfortable (we are a family of 4 so two people had to sleep on it). They said no, we counted the bedding in that room and you have enough. We had to go out and buy a large comforter to sleep on top of, to make that bed less terrible. The dishwasher stopped working after a few days. A little bit of effort from the owners to accommodate guests would go a long way. The rest of the property is well taken care of and beautiful with two pools and a nice gym. The beach comes with chairs and umbrellas for guests. We might stay here again but not in units owned by Miami vacations.

Nice vacation location for families. Restaurants, drug store and grocery store nearby. Hotel is on the beach. Balcony has nice side view of the ocean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Situated at North Miami Beach, this amazing property has secured access everywhere. The condo units are modern, well equipped and spacious. There are many amenities including indoor valet parking, gym, 2 swimming pools, of which the 5th floor outdoor pool is equipped with lounge areas, and, on the beach is a private area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Impeccable service 24/7 with a very courteous team ready to help make your stay is most pleasant. I strongly recommend this apart-condo rental for Miami loving travelers!

Awesome oceanfront apartments

Awesome apartments. A little further away from South Beach (but only about $10 Uber or free Miami Beach trolley away). Beautiful ocean (or city views) with large balconies. Two pools. Beach chair and umbrella service. Comfortable sofas/living rooms and bedrooms. Full kitchens stock with utensils, dishes, etc. Could not ask for more.

I liked the accommodations very much but since it is not a hotel they do not have a restaurant or even a coffee shop. You can use the full kitchen to make whatever you like as there is everything you need in the apartment.
