Shuttle to the hill was great. Kids loved the pool area. Condo was clean and spacious - amenities were limited - no dish soap/spices etc. Enough shampoo and conditioner for one night, one pod for dishwasher. Overall great value for Vail.

Beautifull condo resort

The staff we very welcoming. Customer service was always a major focus. A huge shout out do the shuttle drivers who made every morning to the hill a great one. The starbucks machine in the main foyer was great, it even had hot chocolate for the kids. The condo itself was perfect with everything we needed and the view of the mountain was great.

Great Snow at Vail during last week of Jan when we went. It's one of the cheaper spots at Vail. Good kitchen that was well equiped. Outdoor Hot Tub was really cool. Paid over $300/night but we didn't get a reserved parking spot. I thought that was a little weird. When we got there we had to pay $10/day for parking. Shuttle service was great. Easy to find.

Great Family ski accomodation

The condo was very spacious and well appointed. Kids room and Masterbedroom were on different floors. Wood fireplace worked well and wood and firestarter was replenished everyday. Shuttle service was excellant and timely.

Best stay in Vail, CO

I travelled to Vail twice this year and each time I stayed at Simba Run. Both stays were extermely positive. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. They felt more like a home than a hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttles to and from the lifts as well as the shopping area ran frequently. I will most definitely return to Vail and I will be staying at SImba Run. Five stars!!!

Very nice condo, comfortable beautifully decorated

My husband and I were in Vail for a conference and ended up booking this condo. The lobby and hallways made us a little concerned when we first checked in, however once in the condo it was beautiful. Nicely decorated, good size and very comfortable. The heat was a little hard to regulate, but we figured it out. We would definitely stay again!

Good property but dated. The heater thermostats are inaccurate. We set the heat on 70 and were sweating in the middle of the night. From that point on, we set the heat between 55-60 and the place was comfortable! But the front desk staff is great (they signed for my uber grocery delivery when I was out), the shuttle to Lionshead is very easy to use, the facility is clean and it is only 1 mile to Safeway. For the price, it’s not a bad deal overall.

Great layout for our family and space for congregating and cooking as needed. Shuttle to the ski resort was great, Indoor hot tub and outdoor Hot tub a great benefit! Not a big deal but like every rental it had a few wear and tear that needed attention.

We had a wonderful experience until our last morning. We left our room for a brief moment to take a load of gear to the car, well before check out time, and returned to the maids cleaning our condo. We had left music on, our purses were on the table, and there were other signs that we had not checked out ~ shoes in the foyer, luggage out, toothbrushes by the sink, etc. The staff said she thought we had left. When we complained to the front desk, Jazmine acted as if it were no big deal, and that she would have to talk to the staff to hear their side of the story. There was no apology offered, or any sort of compensation. She also said she would follow up with me, and she never did. I will recommend this property for its amenities and location, but bring your own privacy sign to be safe.

Once we got the check-in sorted things went pretty well. Still not crazy about the two story concept, but we made due. We do like this property and will probably be open to stay here again. It has a nice pool, an indoor and outdoor hot tubs, shuttle services and nice staff.
